J’ai passé commande chez Okacc suite à l’apparition du voyant « Check Hybrid System » sur ma Lexus IS300h

La communication a été excellente : Mary a su répondre à toutes mes questions avant même l'achat, en me détaillant clairement les spécifications et les garanties. J’ai été tenu au courant de tout le cheminement de la marchandise jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit livrée devant ma porte.

Le remplacement de la batterie s'est bien passé grâce aux instructions de montage claires. Aujourd'hui, je suis très satisfait car la différence se fait déjà sentir, avec une baisse de la consommation

Reste à voir la durabilité dans le temps, mais la garantie proposée sur le matériel est vraiment rassurante. Je recommande

I installed the cylindrical battery pack on my Lexus RX450H. During the installation, I had some questions, and the technician answered them precisely within 5 minutes (despite the time difference). Thank you to the whole team.

I purchased the cylindrical-cell battery kit for my 2009 Toyota Prius Gen 3. Before ordering, I asked the seller to provide modules from the same production batch and to ensure they were carefully matched and balanced. They responded quickly, confirmed my request, and even included a detailed factory test report showing the voltage and internal resistance of each module.

The battery was manufactured in March and shipped from China in early April. After international shipping and additional storage before installation, I checked every module myself and found them all still perfectly matched, with virtually identical voltages. That gave me confidence that the cells had very low self-discharge and excellent consistency.

Installation was straightforward. The instructions were clear enough, and the wiring harness was designed so that incorrect assembly was practically impossible.

After installation, the improvement was immediately noticeable. The hybrid battery now charges and discharges much more smoothly than my original battery, which had become heavily degraded after many years of service. Fuel economy has improved significantly, the hybrid system behaves much more consistently, and the car is once again pleasant to drive.

My Prius had been displaying the "Check Hybrid System" warning intermittently for about two years, and continuously during the last few weeks before the replacement. After installing this battery, the warning disappeared by itself after about 30 km of driving and has not returned.

Of course, I cannot comment on long-term durability yet, since the battery has only recently been installed. However, based on the quality of the communication, the excellent matching of the modules, the manufacturing quality, and the vehicle's performance so far, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend both the product and the seller.

Ho acquistato nel mese di settembre 2025 un pacco batterie dal produttore Okacc ,per la mia HONDA CIVIC IBRIDA DEL 2007,mi ha assistito nell'acquisto la Signorina Mary,che ringrazio profondamente per essere stata sempre molto presente e disponibile,anche nel rispondere a tutte le domande su problematiche e ai controlli da fare, assistita dallo staff interno dell'azienda.

I ordered a replacement battery pack for my 2nd-Gen Prius from OKACC Hybrid Batteries, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish.
Mary Lee kept me updated at every step, from shipping to delivery. Even with a short delay caused by the typhoon in Shenzhen, communication was clear and reassuring throughout.

The package arrived this morning, perfectly packed in two solid boxes. Everything looks great — the cells are well balanced and ready to install.

When installed, i checked the readings with the Dr Prius app: the voltage difference between blocks is only 0.05 V - great !

Пришло время менять батарею на моем Lexus ct200h 2014 года выпуска. Нашел в интернете эту фирму, прочитал отзывы и связался по ватсапу с Мэри. Обговорили детали, подходит ли мне батарея, устраивает ли цена и методы оплаты и доставки самой батареи в Латвию. Внес предоплату, и батарею начали изготавливать. Через 7 дней, Мэри мне сообщила что батарея готова. Оплатил вторую часть и батарею отправили как мы договаривались морским путем. Шла батарея долго, ровно 2 месяца, но зато бесплатно и в срочности я не нуждался . Далее курьер доставил ее прямо домой. Через 5 дней я ее успешно установил на автомобиль, встала как родная. Очень хорошего качества и сборки. Мощность немного выше оригинала. В комплекте инструкция по установке, справиться может любой. Прекрасный товар. Общение с Мэри очень приятное, ответы получал сразу и по существу. Я очень доволен покупкой и общением. С ответственостью заявляю - смело покупайте аккамуляторы в Окасс, не пожалеете. Рекомендую!
