In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Great customer experience
I went to collect a vase I had ordered a while ago. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. I would always visit the Knutsford store.

In the past I have found certain OKA stores awful to deal with, however my views have changed since I have been dealing with the Knutsford Store.
On phoning the store today, Magda was approachable, kind, friendly and extremely helpful.
I ordered a few sale items that were out of stock online, and Magda went out of her way to get them to me quickly and in perfect condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Knutsford store if you are looking to receive a top notch service.

Amanda was very experienced and professional in helping me find cushions for my new sofas. She was also extremely friendly and made the whole process of choosing colours/patterns/fabric easy.

Bedroom furnishings & accessories
My wife and I went shopping for some throws and cushions to have on our bed. We went to Oka because we knew they had a varied range of colours. We both struggle with colour schemes and materials to accentuate and enhance our furniture but we were greeted by Amanda who could not have been any more helpful. Firstly she asked us what colours we had in the bedroom and what style the room was so she could visualise what would go with our room. She took us upstairs where they had a great selection of cushions and throws, we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she really took the time to find the cushions and throws to match. She was so knowledgeable and really helpful. When we got home the items Amanda helped us to pick looked absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend OKA to anyone who struggles with colour schemes and if you ask for Amanda it is like having a personal shopper with you.

Exceptional service
Prior to attending the store I rang ahead and spoke to Louise to check that the mirror I wanted was in stock. After taking my number she went to check and rang me back shortly afterwards. She was very polite and friendly. The fact that she rang back and had to go to the basement to check stock availability on this item is 5 star service as far as I am concerned. On attending the busy store we were met with very friendly and polite staff. Louise then offered to unbox the mirror for us to check it over. Again exceptional service.

OKA Knutsford - feels like VIP service
The whole experience was fantastic. Louisa went above and beyond to help us select our items and guide us through the whole process. Louise listened to what we were hoping to achieve with the space, and spent time creating different mood boards and options for us to talk through. This was a high end personal service with no pressure to purchase. Not only Louisa but the whole team lead by Magda were a delight to engage with on our visits.

We have recently downsized from a large…
We have recently downsized from a large Georgian house to a modern apartment and we went to OKA Knutsford to see their eclectic range of furniture to enhance the look and usage of our new living space. Guided by Amanda and with help from other members of the team we spent a relaxing hour or so choosing some new dining furniture and also bought some irresistible accessories.
