OKA - Harrogate Anmeldelser

All the staff were both helpful and knowledgable. Emma in particular was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me choose a beautiful rug and a rechargeable lamp with a silk shade. In addition she organised items in the sale from elsewhere which subsequently was delivered to Harrogate so I could collect them rather than paying charges for delivery.

Had a cushion cover sent to Harrogate store. Arrived quickly, had an email to let me know, friendly efficient staff. Great service.

I love the products however it seems that nothing is actually available to buy. I ordered a rug, some lamp bases and pictures last year, was told there would be a 3 month wait, but I would get them before Xmas. Didn’t get delivery until January.
I’ve just ordered some faux greenery on line - as the stock in my local showroom was very limited - won’t be available until the end of September? Quite bizarre.
My local store is usually a great source of inspiration and full of stock, but last week the store looked empty. Don’t get me wrong, lots of things to look at but none of the sumptuous displays that we normally see.

Helpful friendly people

Helpful , friendly very efficient and professional. Excellent customer care.

Our order was ready to collect and we had good advice about buying a rug

Great showroom and very helpful team.

The person who helped with my purchase went above and beyond with time she spent answering all my questions without being pushy. Extremely knowledgeable of the Oka ranges.

Sam was the best help in Harrogate store.

Lovely staff who could not have been more helpful. Found the gift and a remarkable SALE bargain.

As always very helpful

We received excellent service from Michelle L in Harrogate today and bought a number of new things for the home. She was friendly and went beyond what is expected. This is why I only make purchases for the home in a shop and not online.

Amazing, always the best products with the most amazing customer service love the Harrogate shop so much!!

High quality goods and fast and efficient service when ordering over the phone. Brilliant service from Freya in the Harrogate store

Have been wanting the outdoor Areca cushions for a while but they sold out in the last sale online. I rang the Guildford shop but sadly they had sold out but the very nice man there informed me that another shop had them. I rang your Harrogate shop and immediately the lady was very knowledgable and knew exactly the item I was after. Received them today and they look great! Thank you for the great service!

The lady who assisted me in my choices of the nine cushions I bought was so very helpful and the outcome has proved every word she said to be correct the main ones just came alive

We have just bought some cushions from the Harrogate shop, really pleased with the quality and appearance of them,
served by a very nice lady called Michelle, she was very professional and helpful also gave us sometime by ourselves to discuss colours and fabrics.

Customer service was great lady that served us, was very helpful and also helped us pack the goods in car
