Super fast delivery and the gummies taste great!

I agree with many others on here. After being a customer for more than 18 months, I moved house but couldn’t log on to the Customer Portal to change my address as it said ‘customer not found’ I have emailed 7 times and submitted messages on the website 5 times and still nobody has got back to me and they keep taking my money and sending products to my old address which I obviously can’t access. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.

Great product but they take your money when cancelled product and impossible to get hold of - they have done this for months have to get bank to block them

Impossible to contact when things go wrong. My order for April hasn't arrived (I've been charged). The only way to contact them is through their website and I have done this twice with no reply. Love the product, but unfortunately, they can't be relied on when things go wrong. I will be cancelling my subscription as a result.

Been trying to cancel this for months after finding I couldn’t access their system (says I’m not a customer even though they have had hundreds of pounds from me)
now opening a dispute with the bank as this is the only way to stop them taking money from me!

The company makes it impossible to manage your subscription, they refuse to answer any emails or phone calls. Had to get my bank to deal with it as they were useless. Do not order from this money grabbing scam of a company.

Extremely angry. I have been trying to cancel this subscription since last year. I tried to use the customer portal to access ‘my subscription’ only for it to say user email not found. I have contacted them via instagram and via both email addresses.

I liked the product and have been using it for months. However I am unable to manage my subscription - like another reviewer here, I can't log in, and the company doesn't reply to emails or comments on socials, but are happy to take my money every two months. I am leaving the UK and need to cancel but they are making it impossible. I'll be raising it with my bank but this whole issue has ruined any goodwill I have towards to the company.

Scam - only received one bottle even though charged for 3 on subscription for creatine that never got delivered. Avoid if you dont want to be scammed and never refunded.

The Creatine supplement came up as a ad on my Instagram page. Sadly the product did not arrive? I have emailed the company twice however, did not receive a response. I have had to dispute the transaction via my Bank and cancelled my subscription with OhThrive.

Absolutely awful customer service.

I’ve emailed them several times over the last month and messaged/ left comments on socials but no response.

My customer portal is saying I’m not a customer yet I have a subscription with them that I can’t cancel. I have now raised a dispute with my bank for this.

They are easy to remember, convenient and delicious!
I recommend these to my fitness clients.

Appalling customer service. I have emailed 4 times now as well as sending messages through social media platforms to cancel my subscription and not a single response, but still taking money from my account. Do not use!!
