I get contacted by 5 or more recruiters every day. Most of them focus on a single line of my resume or LinkedIN profile, and don't consider what I am actually doing with all my skills. Sure, I did project management in my past, so I could be your project manager, but that would pay less, and be more boring. Yeah, I wrote firmware in my past, but focusing on just firmware would waste my other skills, and probably pay less. My recruiter Alex at Oho matched all my important skills and interests and introduced me to a company where I got a raise, title promotion, and great people to work with. He kept me informed at every step in the interview process, and really brought us together. If you need to hire, Alex will find great candidates for you.
