First delivery late, second delivery went to the wrong address. Emailed and said they couldn't do anything. Replied and asked if there was anything they could do and said it would be a regular order. Emailed ignored. Rubbish customer service, never use them again and will tell people of the terrible service

Hi Sara, unfortunately as we mentioned in our email, we cannot do anything if you send an order to a previous address and contact us after it has been delivered, unless the new tenants return the order to us. While we understand it is a simple error on your behalf, unfortunately we cannot arrange a return collection without contact from the tenants of the address you sent your order too.
Delicious dog food, next day delivery
I ordered new dry dog food as a topper for my dog. Usually he tries to leave it, but with this food he wolfed it down. Delicious dog food, next day delivery. Thanks Oh Doggy!

Great Daycare for Dogs
Great place for my dog to go while I’m at work. Staff are all lovely and look after the dogs very well. Great that you can pay extra for dogs to be walked.

Bad communication
My order was delayed by at least 10 days. I emailed oh doggy on numerous occasions with no response and there is no telephone number for them.

Item never arrived
Item never arrived , still stuck at there post office and I had a ticket from Royal Mail through the post asking me to pay £10 postage .. will never use again! No response to any emails!!! Terrible service
UPDATE Paul from ohdoggy has been in touch and resolved the issue
UPDATE AGAIN , item hasn’t arrived again!!!! And is now refusing to give me the tracking details and now not responding again .. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased .. 48 hour tracked week went by no communication from company . When I emailed I got told no stock but have one with a pink heart . I said I bought blue as my dog is a boy I got. Refund and no further communication terrible and would not use this company again

Excellent food for my dog
Excellent food for my dog, gives her an amazing shiny coat. Love buying from Oh Doggy as you get rewards for buying with them, delivery is always quick and the food is well packaged on arrival.

Overall disappointed with customer service
Very competitive pricing. Had a loads of issues changing address and receiving new bags of food when sent to wrong address.
I find it unacceptable that they will not allow you to call them to discuss issues everything has to be done through email.
