Love the company! I have made about 4 different orders from them so far all but 1 were flawless. The 1 time i had an issue customer service was on the ball and fixed the issue as fast as possible. Honestly they have a customer for life here!

My order was incomplete. I did not receive the metal straw. Can you please send a couple for the inconvenienced please?

I was overcharged by more than 50%, contacted the company immediately after placing the order with proof that I was overcharged. I requested a refund and the order to be canceled. Company responded, agreeing I was overcharged and blamed the third-party company that processes their payments. Still did not refund and shipped the product anyway. On top of shady business practice, the product itself was terrible. Cuts had several loose barbs that break loose into snuff with use. So if you like inhaling plastic and being ripped off, these are your guys.

I love how they reached out to me quickly after I had a question which they answered and then they reached out to me to keep me informed of a delay in shipping and then put tracking on it for me even though I had standard delivery, so I could track where my order was in customs and it was really fast delivery too. The product I ordered was awesome it looks great and it was a birthday present and the person I bought it for absolutely loves it and thinks it's the coolest thing ever! If I could give a 100 stars I would! Because, they are great at customer service they answer back quickly, they have great pricing, fast delivery and a superb product!!
