Terrible quality returns policy a nightmare they call themselves Off Season London but as far as I can tell it’s Chinese the dress I bought was £65 and they are saying I have to pay postage to return to China
Never buy from them it’s a scam

I gave one star as zero wasn’t an option. I received a dress that was such poor quality it’s embarrassing. I don’t know how this company gets away with how it functions. I am waiting for a refund but have been ignored since agreeing to accept it. We need to get this company shit down! It’s disgusting.

If I could give them no stars I would.

Clothes are not as pictured. Material cheap and when you try to get a refund its pretty much impossible.
You have to ship back to China and pay the cost, risking your return to then go missing and receiving no refund.
I settled with a partial refund to keep my order, I spent £103 on 2 dresses that do not fit, sizing is so off and quailty is shocking. They agreed on 60% refund in the end, after numerous emails back and forth but I received only part of this and now I'm getting no response for the remaining £20.51

I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before I placed my order. But as you do, ordered in panic as I needed a dress for a wedding I was attending.
Im now over £60 out of pocket, stuck with two dresses I'll never wear and wouldn't even want to try and sell, due to the quality.
I will never fall for a scam like this again.

This company is scam, they have fake reviews on their website, they pretend to be based in UK and Europe, shipments come from China, terrible terrible fabric the cheapest quality possible- there is NO LABEL ON IT - But when you want to return it they ask for picture of the label.
The return address is in China - make sure you complain about them to paypal, klarna, credit card companies for stopping payments, they should never be allowed to be able to set up fake review websites like this. They make impossible to return the dresses and give full refund

This company are an absolute scam. I received a dress which was not as advertised, poor quality, terrible sizing and within an hour of it arriving registered a return. The company failed to respond to me, having tried to contact them on the email they provide multiple times, so I have no return address, no return label and left with the shoddy goods. I am in a dispute with Klanna. They are a scam do not touch this company with a barge pole

The item was to small, back and forth communication, they wouldn’t give me a refund which I was entitled to, in the end they said we can only offer you 40% refund. I was furious as I wanted a full refund for a £75 item that I didn’t fit. One month on and I’m still waiting for my 40% refund.
The item was also TERRIBLE quality, this company is a scam don’t go there

The item was delivered whilst I was on holiday to an unknown location. I informed the company who requested I trace its wherabouts through my local sorting office and Royal Mail Customer Service. The parcel could not be found. The company failed to take any responsibility for the item not being delivered to my home address.The parcel eventually turned up at my property but unfortunately the dress was too small. I asked for a return advice to be told I was over the 14 days they will initiate a return. I am shocked at their customer service and would advise never to use this company. I am not even sure they are trading legally but I will pursue a claim against them.

Parcel delivered to wrong address and refund refused. Avoid this company at all costs. Total scam.

Please, please, please do NOT ORDER from this website. Only half my order arrived and I wanted to return a dress, which by the way was advertised as linen and was in-fact polyester! They refused to give me an address to return it to to saying ‘it will be too expensive’ offered me £13 refund for a £90 dress. I sent so many emails, I eventually agreed to a £60 refund because I was getting so stressed. No surprise that I never received that refund and I I never received my other 2 dresses. Luckily I had paid on American Express, which refunded me all my money

I have today tried to return my parcel to China, at a cost of £30. However the post code is not recognised and they cannot guarantee it will get to its destination. The irony is that when I received my parcel, the return address should it get lost is an address in the UK. However, when I return it has to go back to China. This company should not be allowed to trade, they are purposely sending out poor quality items, knowing that it is almost impossible to return, and think they are doing you a favour by offering you a 15% refund. Please please do not buy from them

Thought it was a uk business not goods from china. Took 2 weeks to arrive. The quality was appalling . Now having to send the item back. The dress came in a tiny plastic bag. Costs £20 to return. Do not buy from this site

Should be zero stars. Never never use this company. Nothing it presents is true. It’s shoddy and unwearable clothes sent from china; look nothing like the AI photos presented; returns are impossible, needing to be sent - at your own cost - to a random building in china. Please take this warning seriously - it’s a scam, beginning to end.

Dress arrived, absolutely massive and clearly the sizing is incorrect. Emailed for returns process as no contact phone number. 3 emails from them requesting reason for return,photos of item and packaging and to confirm size label (there wasn't one on garment) wanted full item to be photographed. Still awaiting return information. Sale of goods act allows for a full refund so I won't be accepting less than what was paid for this cheaply produced, poor quality fabric item. Customer Service none existent. If I had know beforehand I would not have ordered item, it's nothing like the advert on Facebook.

I wait 12days for this very poor quality dress and it is too small £60 down the drain I wish I had looked for reviews.

Another drop shipping scam website from China or somewhere like that. Ordered 2 dresses they looked absolutely nothing like the photos and the material was really thin and felt cheap.
The dresses are advertised as taking 3-5 days delivery they took about 9 days.
Customer service when discussing returns are painfully obstructive, initially offering me a FIFTEEN PERCENT refund and I could keep the dresses LOL. Why would I keep the dresses they were awful. Then insisted on videos being filmed constant email back and forth hoping I give up.
Currently advised I will accept a minimum 70% refund and keep the dresses just to wrap this up and avoid expensive return charges.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 2 dresses, which looked gorgeous on their website. I received shoddy dresses, very poorly made and cheap looking fabric. I emailed customer services regarding a refund. They wanted a photo of the goods, which I provided. The returns process IS NOT EASY. They said I’d have to pay approximately £40 to return to China. They offered me 15% of my £124 order and I could keep the goods. I negotiated up to 60% partial refund on 29 July and still haven’t received it, despite being told it would take 1-3 business days. I have sent numerous emails, but still have no refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I really liked the dress, but unfortunately the fit around the waist wasn't quite right when it arrived. I contacted the store and their customer service team was helpful and explained the size-exchange options clearly. They helped arrange a replacement, which I appreciated. The process was smooth overall, although I do wish the original sizing had been a better match.

I wish I had read these reviews. This company is AWFUL! The returns policy I checked before purchasing does not match the reality of the customer experience. I received the wrong jumpsuit after 2.5 weeks and the style was awful. I asked for a refund. Photo requested which I provided. Hadn't even tried it on as it was so bad. They offered me 15% refund and then a 25% refund based on the fact that the return would cost me 30-45£ so they would be doing me a favour. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NO BUY. THEY ARE CHARLATONS!
