I booked a birthday treat to Kinky Boots.
After booking I realised I couldn't make the original date.
The box office staff ( in particular Amy) couldn't have been more helpful in organising another date and refunding original payment.

I had a problem in that I was using a Theatre Tokens card and purchased 2 tickets to see Oh Mary on February 14th. Later that day, I needed a 3rd but there wasn't a 3rd seat showing as available next to me. I asked if OLT could help me to get a 3rd ticked (limited options) so we were all together. Amy of OLT immediately came to the rescue, sorted it all out allowing me to get my 3rd ticket. Amy went above and beyond which was very noticeable as we live in a world where great customer service was seemingly lost to Covid. Great support Amy - thank you.

Easy to book. Great experience when had to contact customer service. They were super efficient.

What a fabulous experience. When illness struck our party for theatre, the customer service was excellent. Communications good despite there being no guarantee of a ticket exchange.

The new year sale allowed me to access performances at great prices. The customer service team were able to support me with answering questions about altering tickets. They responded quickly with clear options and ways to support me.

It was really easy to book theatre tickets through them online. Also, Amy from Customer Care was superbly efficient, courteous and respectful in sorting out a cancellation due to ill health. I would use them again to book theatre tickets, as a result of the service provided on this occasion.

Perfekt solution of the Problem (change of date) - I bought the new ticket and got all the money from the old ticket booked back on my credit card immediately.

I was very happy to secure 10 tickets for a new year treat for the family but when checking 3 weeks later I hadn’t received an email confirmation. Amy was able to find the booking and send the confirmation to a different email account with no fuss at all. Great service

I have always had a really good experience with the company. I had to contact customer service this morning as I realised I hadn’t received the tickets for a show today. Danielle responded to my email within a few minutes and gave me the solution to getting them. Really impressive response! They are a very reliable and trustworthy company and highly recommended.

I paid £160 on 2 tickets for Hamilton, they were not "restricted view" tickets, I had a huge person sat in front of me and I cold barely see the stage at all, they have refused to do the right think and offer me any kind of refund or tickets to see the show again, I go to the theatre regularly and have never had this kind of experience, very very poor customer service, they just take you money and run

Great offers from OLT daily and New Years offers. Booked theatre for next year and friend unable to attend due to unexpected important hospital appt. They kindly agreed a refund of his ticket within an hour. Very impressed with empathy and brilliant customer service.

Wonderful service. I somehow booked the wrong date. To compound matters I then booked the correct date rather than contact OLT customer services to see if they could change the booking. Amy was brilliant and sorted everything out efficiently and managed to refund the booking. Thanks Amy you’re a star.
