Great experience with Official London Theatre for booking during kids week. What’s a great idea?! And how lucky are our kids with access to world class performances at young age! The staff is also super helpful when there was a tiny issue with my booking. Amy was able to help my challenge in a super timely and efficient manner! I really appreciated the whole experience! Thank you!

I tried to purchase tickets during the kids week launch and got wrong tickets. I sent an email to customer service and they were amazing with sorting the issue. (I did buy ticket protection)

I had a really swift response from the ticketing office that exceeded my expectations! Really happy with the service I received.

I managed to book the wrong day for a show by a week. I emailed customer service but didn't expect much as no refunds are given and I didn't add the insurance. Email response was the next day with an option to buy tickets for the right day and then my wrong tickets refunded. Super quick service 😀

I have been in London for about a week, and have used this site everyday to catch a show. Up to date choices, and quick responses. I had a family emergency come up, and customer service was very quick to help me exchange days. I could not recommend enough!

Customer service was excellent. I contacted them 48 hrs before the show to enquire if I could receive a refund on one of my tickets due to someone in my group being unwell and received a prompt reply which resulted in a refund. Very impressed and it was certainly worth taking out the refund protection

Fabulous customer service…. I made a mistake and booked the wrong date for a London show for next week.
I was doubtful that I could rectify this but submitted the request to change the date.
Within an hour I had received an email from customer service saying all had been resolved.
It was a huge relief and really appreciated.

Great value and great follow up after I emailed them with a post purchase query that actually had nothing to do with them but still helped me.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and customer service shown by The Greatest Showman team.

We had tickets booked for Saturday 14th March 2026 as a birthday treat for my 9-year-old child. While travelling to the venue, we were caught in a serious multi-vehicle accident on the A12. The car was written off and we suffered whiplash injuries. Naturally, attending the performance was impossible.

Despite contacting the company immediately after the accident and explaining the circumstances & giving them a police incident number , our request to exchange or rebook the tickets was refused due to “short notice”.

I completely understand that companies have policies, but exceptional circumstances sometimes require basic human understanding and discretion. This was not a change of mind or poor planning — it was a genuine emergency involving children, injuries, and a written-off vehicle.

What made this even more upsetting was that the event was meant to be a special birthday memory for my daughter , who had been excited for months. We had purchased 5 tickets !

Easy booking process, and when something came up was able to easily exchange the tickets for another date with the help of Amy! Will definitely be using them again

What really stood out was how quickly and smoothly Amy handled everything — especially arranging the resale and processing the refund so promptly. It turned what was quite a stressful situation into something much more manageable and reassuring.

Easy booking experience, friendly customer service

I am a new user of the website and had a technical problem while ordering tickets. Staff member Amy replied to my email in only hours and personally made an adjustment to my account. I will visit London in June and happily have my theatre tickets in hand.

Really helped me when I messed up my dates and managed to get changed (without fuss) for my preferred date.

I had to change tickets because of a clash of surprise birthday arrangements. I used the Change to Booking Request form and was really pleased to get a quick response offering new ticket options and checking that I was happy with these before - again very quickly - booking the new tickets. Thank you Amy!

I booked tickets for the Sinatra Musical and didn't see an option to use my Gift Card Token so therefore had paid the full price. On contacting theatre tickets website Amy was very helpful in solving this issue promptly. I was able to rebook my tickets using my gift card and had my initial ticket costs refunded. Very efficient and prompt replies.

I needed to change the date of the booking. They were quick and helpful. Whole process was very easy. Thank you!
