Fantastic customer service - efficient, friendly and very helpful when I needed to change my tickets to an alternative performance. So nice not to be faced with automatic replies and endless bots but instead interaction with a real person!! Highly recommend.

I had to change the date of tickets due to a scheduling misunderstanding. 1. I wasn't sure if a date exchange was possible 2. I thought it would be a drama to sort out. I couldn't have been more wrong. I filled out a short easy online form and Amy replied to me within an hour. Amy clearly outlined what could be done and the next steps. They asked me confirm when I had made the new booking and they would refund me the original tickets. I did as instructed a few days later and Amy confirmed the refund within a few hours. Thank you for all your help, clarity, speedy response and for being an actual person at the end of an email. It is very much appreciated!

Having booked to see Hadestown through Official London Theatre, a change in my mobility meant we needed to change our reserved seats for more accessible ones. Amy responded quickly and ensured a very smooth change of reservation. Many thanks.

Had an issue as I booked wrong row tickets.
Amy contacted the theatre for me and they agreed I could swap the tickets for the ones I meant to book!
All very smooth, and received a refund for the wrong tickets within days.

I booked tickets for a show my daughter was desperate to see, but she then broke her leg and we thought we might not be able to go due to accessibility issues.

Always a great experience on every purchase but recently I made a mistake on the date and was able to get amazing customer service from Amy and Danielle, who helped me correct my situation without any pain. I am really happy with the experience and customer support resolution.

Amy clearer understood my problem and helped me solve it. I didn't need to go back and forth. The resolution was swift and helpful. It was a great experience.

Really helpful staff, communication was very clear and easy to follow. My request was a little bit out of what I expected to be possible and the staff were quick to respond and supported making my request possible. The Kids Week options and the support from staff is brilliant, can’t fault it at all! I’d highly recommend :)

It was a real pleasure to deal with Amy. A problem occurred which was entirely my fault and she was just amazing; completely efficient, give me clear guidelines on my next steps and was able to take over and sort all the details out on my behalf which would have completely flummoxed me. Amy was also extremely fair and what started off as sending a worried e-Mail resulted in dealing with a fabulous representative of Official London Theatre who I couldn't be any more impressed with. Because of Amy we are still going to be able to enjoy our family trip out and without her help and kindness all our other subsequent plans would have had to be cancelled. If there is one reason which has cemented my loyalty to Official London Theatre, it is Amy - thank you for everything, you are the best!

I had to cancel our tickets for the Theatre and reschedule for another day. Amy was a great help in advising how to go about doing this and responding to emails quickly which made the whole process less arduous. Everything was done efficiently and kindly.

Amy Is a customer service person on steroids. I made the mistake of not double checking the date and Amy made the re booking and refund so easy. She deserves all the praise that is on here ( And maybe a raise and promotion).
