I received a reprocessing because I entered the wrong date of birth. Jayne was friendly and quick to get things done. Thanks, I think it will be a good trip.

You get your ESTA if you fulfill the requirements but they charge you a lot more than the official 14 USD. They have made their website to look like a government one and they hide the fine print of their service charge very well. I am ashamed that I fell for it. I can´t believe that American Airlines actually had a link to this site. Shame on both companies for making people pay like 60 USD more than you have to.

Last year, 2020, was our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Due to Covid it was not safe to travel. We had applied for and been granted our ESTA permissions. Now we are in 2021 and we decided again to try and get to Houston. My passport in the meantime expired Explained my plight and Jayne within 24 hours resolved my difficulty. My grateful thanks Jayne. You are brilliant and a joy to deal with.

Great service to change my Passport details, prompt replies and clear instructions

Ms Jayne, from the UK support centre, has been extremely considerate and deserves a stellar review.
We were denied a last minute entry to the US because my brother, who is in a serious health condition and in risk of life, asked to visit a clinic in Florida who could eventually help my brother out.
He was considered of "no interest" to the country embassy officials (as stated in the emails), and was therefore deemed non exempt to COVID presidential order 10143, even though it was a paid medical intervention and of zero-cost to the US government.

Jayne has raised the issue to senior management in the blink of an eye, who has managed to lower the ESTA fees in 50%, helping us deal with the whole issue in a less financially damaging situation.
Although ESTA was not perfect, in the whole scenario, Ms Jayne deserves a full blown 5* review for her dedication and humanity, as well as senior management in ESTA, which are not related at all to the US Embassy in Lisbon, which cut off a possible solution to my brother's issue for incomprehensible reasons.

I had a technical problem in applying for ESTA visa and paying the fee.
However, thanks to support teams prompts response and kindness, I could successfully complete the process.

Jayne in the support team was very helpful when my ESTA had to be changed due to the Covid pandemic and my passport expiring at the same time. The service was quick, friendly and my ESTA was updated free of charge.

I am writing this with only 1 star as my daughter has been stopped from boarding on 2 flights even though she had an approved email sent to her at 5.40am on 10th July her flight was 2am on 11th July and she was expected in the US from Quito at 7am.
She was refused boarding again.
The first flight she had no idea she needed a visa and the website would not work so they refused her boarding then too.
She has been in the airport since 9th July it is the 11th now.
She needs to come home her mother is ill.
We have no more money to give her. She is hungry, tired and has no lodgings.
She still has 3 flights to get to the UK.
I am concerned for her health hunger tired backache. And emotional well being.
Please allow her on her next flight 2am 13th July.
I cannot write it all we are all so tired and don't understand why you won't let her fly when her application is approved.
I will change the review when you let her board the plane.
