OfficePortal HRMS has been an essential component of our HR processes for more than 2 years. With constant updates and new features, it has remained relevant and modern. The collaboration/feeds feature has significantly enhanced our internal communication, keeping everyone updated on crucial announcements. Payroll module is fabulous and very easy to generate multiple payruns in parallel and process as convenient as needed. TDS calculations are accurate and Payslips and ready and available for download from anywhere. Additionally, the expense claims module has streamlined the reimbursement process, making it more efficient. The reporting capabilities are also impressive, enabling us to generate custom reports with ease.We have found the attendance tracking module, which integrates with biometric devices resulted in a more precise and seamless attendance tracking process, reducing errors and improving overall efficiency. Furthermore, the support team has been highly responsive and always available to assist with any issues we have faced. Overall, OfficePortal HRMS has been a dependable and effective solution for our HR requirements. We highly recommend it to anyone searching for a comprehensive HR software.

How OfficePortal HRMS Streamlined Our HR Processes and Boosted Productivity
My experience with OfficePortal HRMS has been fantastic, mainly because of its user-friendly interface. It is the only HRMS software I have come across that has an integrated employee monitoring feature, allowing for the tracking of individual productivity and work patterns through activity monitoring and periodic screen shots. Additionally, the attendance tracking system is versatile and supports various types of attendance check-ins, including web, biometric, and automatic for remote workers, all of which work together efficiently. The Indian payroll module is easy to configure to meet our organization's policies, and the Task Board feature provides basic CRM functionality for medium-sized organizations. The leave management module is also easy to use and has an automatic approval workflow that streamlines the process. Moreover, the shift management module works well with the Attendance system for all types of shifts, allowing for the creation of shift rota plans for specific teams or the entire organization. By providing a one-stop solution for all our HRMS needs, OfficePortal HRMS eliminates the need for multiple software tools. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience using OfficePortal HRMS.

OfficePortal is the best HRMS software to my best of knowledge. I have taken trial of several HRMS product but OfficePortal top notch product with exceptional customer service. They have all the features in one single product. Starts from employee management to payroll, attendance tracker, leave management, Performance management, employee monitoring software, asset management, expense management, loan management, shift management, multilevel work flow. bio metric integration etc. you name it they have it one single application. Amazing.
