Absolutely rubbish suppler. Initially delivered a damaged item, then replacement item was constantly delayed despite repeated communication that it was on its way.

Ordered a product in Feb, did not receive it, no phone number so emailed and got a response which said they would look into it. Heard nothing, emailed again and they sent me an automated email marking my order complete and never got a response about the whereabouts of my order or a tracking code as they have claimed it was "lost" in transit. Started a chargeback through my credit card. Absolute scam artists. Pointless "company" wasting people's time.

Same as everyone else ordered but no delivery and still trying to get a refund....avoid

I really, am getting annoyed with your company now! Not only did you lie about shipping times and point blank refused to cancel my order, for concern of not being home for the delivery! You send the wrong wrap!

When you do finally accept the return, and i have repeatedly pointed out to you it needs to be collected from my home, you issue a returns label that i have to take to the post office! When i get their the ***** label only covers 2kg maximum weight! Nowhere near enough! I am going to open a charge back with my bank tomorrow morning! this is disgraceful!

If I could give -10 I would, don't waste your time placing an order, they pretend to dispatch, but you receive nothing, they then apologise and send out a 2nd order, which you will not receive, read the other reviews, at no time though do they provide tracking, so suspect items are never sent.

THIS COMPANY ARE THEABSOLUTE PITS! I ordered two crates of HARROGATE SPRING WATER- in glass bottles from them through Amazon- their courior service 'TRUEFORM- ' mangaged to lose two crates- they were over a week late, and i stupidly didnt realise when i ordered direct that id ordered two more from OFFICE POINT DIRECT! I phoned them up and asked where my crates of water that ive now paid £50 for were, they said oh theres been a problemb and i had to wait till monday !! i AM LIVID, 4 CRATES OF WATER, TWO THAT HAVE GOT LOT AND TWO THAT ARE NOW VERY LATE- I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN , THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTELY ABOMNIBLE!!! TOTAL FARCE - THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE BEEN VERY LATE WITH THIS ORDER.. IM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THIS GHASTLY COMPANY !!!!IF MY WATER DOESNT COME ON MONDAY IM GOING TO RAISE MERRY HELL UNTIL I GET MY £50 .00 BACK !!!

This is a review for office-point.co.uk based on an industrial estate in Reading. I had a really good experience, and wanted to add a review as I'd been worried by some of the poor reviews on here. I placed an order on 6th August 2024 for HP Premium A4 Printer Paper 100gsm - Box of 4 Reams. I paid by paypal to ensure I had buyer protection. It said delivery would be 2-4 days, but it was actually delivered the next day! It appears to be the genuine product, we also have the same paper at work and packaging and paper looks the same. I can confirm the paper is thicker than a cheap A4 paper I already had. It is in branded HP box and wrappers. Only minor negative is the glue on the paper wrapper of the reams seems to be coming undone so perhaps have been in storage for a while, but paper is pristine and fine to use. It was shipped in outer HP cardboard box so might have got wet if raining, but luckily arrived on a dry day so it was okay.

I've ordered the same card and brand for years (from several different companies). Recently gave this company a go as the prices seemed good. The card sent was a cheap/low quality card and not the card advertised? Luckily I only ordered a few packs and not a big stock up.

We ordered 2 boxes of HP Office Paper. A cheaper, off-brand version was sent instead.

This was explained as a packing error though if previous reviews are anything to go by, this is simply standard business practice.

Ordered box of Hp paper. Delivered to our business by amazon after business hours. Left out in the rain all night and completely ruined. They agreed to replace, this time royal mail delivered to us but all we got was the box lid. I knew they would think we were trying it on so I asked the post lady if I could take her pic holding the lid she agreed there was also paper work from royal mail explaining the item was lost. All this evidence was sent to office point via ebay.
We raised a case with ebay but because the seller had delivery confirmation ebay would do nothing.
So the outcome is we have lost £25.99

Checkout feedback on ebay before you decide to use these. Lots of negative feedback

Worst experience Ever. Will Never buy anything else from this Company
They should have supplied 1000 sheets of HP White printing paper. They delivered 500 and it was a cheaper paper

I bought some paper for my printer as below:

1 Explorer A4 Paper 100gsm Ream - 500 Sheets for £7.48
1 Navigator A4 Printer Paper 100gsm Ream - 500 Sheets for £ 8.99
1 HP Premium A4 Printer Paper 100gsm - 500 Sheets for £ 10.49

I ordered on Fri, 28 Apr, and was delivered on Tue, 2 May - which to be honest was pretty fast. I did not see any feedback about this company on Google. I think the company needs to focus on Google SEO and improve its rankings and user feedback. They are legit as far as I am concerned. Their about us page needs more work and they need to integrate Trustpilot or Google Reviews into their website or focus on that more.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. Try them out.

Just used this office-point.co.uk for the first time. Google comparison while searching for quality printer paper brought this company up. With better prices (including vat and delivery costs) than every other place I tried to place an order using PayPal but was having problems. My initial phone enquiry was answered quickly with a promise to call me back within 10 minutes. They called me 4 minutes later to explain what the problem with the website was, and how to place my order. I did so and then had excellent email communications from confirming my order to sorting out a different delivery address for me. As promised, items were delivered 2 days after order by Royal Mail.
Good prices and excellent customer service. Will definitely be using this company again.
