Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit OET.

Ich war pünktlich zu meiner Speaking-Prüfung erschienen und bereit, sie abzulegen. Aufgrund eines technischen Problems konnte meine Kamera meinen Ausweis jedoch nicht ausreichend scharf erfassen, sodass die Identitätsprüfung scheiterte.

Obwohl ich bereits alle anderen Teilprüfungen erfolgreich absolviert hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die gesamte OET-Prüfung erneut buchen und nochmals rund 400 € bezahlen müsse. Eine Eskalation an einen Vorgesetzten oder eine Einzelfallprüfung wurde abgelehnt.

Für einen so teuren Test hätte ich deutlich mehr Kulanz und einen kundenorientierten Umgang erwartet. Diese Regelung empfinde ich als unverhältnismäßig und unfair.
