I attended a sales presentation from Hilton Vacations and received a certification for “Roundtrip Airline Tickets for 2” and was truly excited. I read the terms and conditions which states “one set of roundtrip airline tickets for two people within the continental United States between two selected major cities (airlines include Southwest, Spirit, United, Delta, American, Allegiant or similar)…” In reading the terms and conditions, it does not state (for the airline tickets only} your departure and return date must be within 2 days of each other. In other words, if I leave on Sunday my return ticket must be for Tuesday. What kind of MADDNESS is this? With all the money this business is making from the big vacation/hotel chains and they can only offer a 2 day fight, which is not in the brochure I had to pay the deposit and speak with a travel agent to find this tiny detail. She then offered to extend my stay and the cost was full airfare…the price I got on hotwire on my own…People don’t believe the HYPE….the SWITCH-AND-BAIT that Odenza pulled on me…..If your hotel offers you a free anything from Odenza…just say no thanks because despite what they publish it’s a LIE!!!

I won a certificate for a free 3 day 2 night vacation including round trip flight for two from Odenza Vacations. I live in Birmingham, Alabama. The certificate I received had written at the top in bold print that you were entitled to fly from any of the listed departure airports which included Birmingham, Alabama to a long list of destinations including Las Vegas, Nevada. When I tried to use the certificate I was told that it was not good for flying from east to west, that I could only use it for destinations in the eastern half of the United States. I was told that this was stated in the fine print in section 3 of the terms and of the certificate. This is true but I still contend that the statement at the top of the certificate is extremely misleading. The agent then told me that if I wanted to go to Las Vegas I could pay an extra $498 to $798 in addition to the $398 in taxes and fees that are required to be paid to redeem the certificate. At this point I decided to forgo the ‘free’ vacation and not use the certificate. Proceed with caution when using this company or better yet avoid them like the plague!

My wife and I attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation in Orlando on May 24, 2026, at the Cypress Point Resort. In exchange for approximately two hours of our time, we were offered a gift card and two travel vouchers administered by Odenza.

After the presentation, I followed the required activation process and submitted the mandatory deposit to activate the vouchers. Initially, I was assigned a representative and communication was prompt. Unfortunately, that quickly changed.

Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have now gone nearly three weeks without receiving a response from my assigned representative. Equally frustrating is the number of restrictions, conditions, and limitations associated with redeeming the vouchers. The process is far more difficult than was implied when the offer was presented.

My concern is not simply the restrictions themselves, but the lack of communication and customer support after payment was received. Consumers who attend promotional presentations deserve transparency regarding the actual redemption process and prompt responses when assistance is needed.

I am still hopeful this matter can be resolved, but my experience so far has been disappointing and has fallen well short of expectations.

Odenza Marketing Group sent a Zoom invitation with an RSVP Code. After the presentation given by Michael, in our case JD from Kentucky offers us tickets. After paying $50, we were led to Odenza City Adventures. I am prepared to lead a class action legal case against this company. We will proceed with evidence from all of the innocent people who had their money taken without receiving anything in return.

This company sucks!!! They tell you everything you are going to get and when you leave the presentation you cannot get in touch with anyone!! You hold up your end of the bargain and they screw you. Its like walking in on a ponzi , 85 people all sitting at their desks blowing smoke up peoples butts, but as I said once you walk out those doors you will NOT hear from them again and you will not be able to contact anyone. They are all professional scammers and should be investigated. Run for the hills!! Anything they offer you will not be obtained!! Wish I knew first.

I went to a presentation after which I received a certificate for two free round-trip airline tickets and two nights at a hotel. I later learned that I had to pay $50 to access the trip - fair enough. Then I received a notice that I needed to pay $398 more just to book the trip and a notice about several other potential fees such as resort fees for undisclosed amounts. I called the number and the person with whom I spoke confirmed that I was required to pay $395 towards my trip before knowing whether my dates were available or what airlines or flight times or what hotel. At this point I decided to cut my loses at $50. My advice is to proceed with caution or even better to not proceed at all.

Scam! They are all the same company Hawaii torus and travel, and arrives. They do not provide special pricing, you can find it cheaper elsewhere. They DO NOT give anything for free. All a scam to get you under contract and charge you monthly for absolutely nothing in return.

When questioning why not informed of expiration or could get certificate re instated. Rip off / non responsive to customer questions/ got my $50 & whatever the charity paid them & stuck it in their

In addition to the promotional one week get away we had paid additional for an upgrade to 4 star resort. Eventually we left after 3 nights because it was filty, no working appliances, bed bugs and so fort. No support or help from Odenza. Waste of money and time.NO MORE

We listened to a 90 minute seminar in Grand Rapids Michigan on February 4, 2025. After paying your $50 fee to RSI in $398 To Odenza fee for taxes, a travel agent got back with us within 24 hours..
Super misleading as we were supposed to get airfare and accommodations three days tonight to the cities that were offered. Could not fly out of Grand Rapids Michigan. Could not fly over any weekend time. They only offered a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then when I still try to book it, nothing was available in the month of March April, or May RSI in ODENZA are super misleading.
