Great mask for skincare

I ordered my package on november 24th. I got it yesterday, january 2nd. It has been a long time. Seemed like there were some issues during the transport. Thought the package would never arrive. At least they replied to my mails fast and followed up. They also gave me a discount on the product to compensate.

Sitzt angenehm, lässt sich leicht anwenden und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet.

Overall, The product is great. Not immediately visible, but I could see skin improvements with each time. So, it’s more accumulative. I experienced delays in receiving product, however the Customer service was reachable and provided their apologies.

Perfect experience: fast, easy and smooth.
Will definately buy again!

Vorsicht Betrug. Ich habe nach dem auspacken versucht die maske wieder direkt bei odelyne zu retournieren. sie melden sich nicht zurück, das dauert jetzt schon über 5 Wochen. ich habe mehrere mails geschrieben. es wird nicht geantwortet. vorsicht !

Delivery was very fast. The mask is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. It has several modes for skin treatment. I've been using it for two weeks and I've already noticed my skin is brighter. I recommend it.

I was reassured it was going to be dispatched the start of the week but still no sign of my product and no tracking email.
Not trustworthy

I’ve been using this mask for two weeks now — 15 minutes, five times a week, in the regeneration mode.
I can already see a difference: my skin looks fresher, smoother, and noticeably firmer. I’m really happy with the results so far.
One thing I’ve learned from experience: the mask shouldn’t be strapped too tightly. If the band is pulled too firmly, it can leave slight marks on the nose. Keeping it comfortably fitted works perfectly and avoids this.

The mask and chest attachment are very soft silicone and feel great while wearing. I LOVE the wireless feature and the battery pack charges quickly. It also allows flexibility to use only the face mask, only the chest component, or both together. I use the eye guards as well, which prevents any potential discomfort from the light itself and allows me to read, email, watch TV, etc.

I have been using it 3-4 times a week, 15 mins at a time (10 mins red, 5 mins combined red & blue glow boost), for about 3 weeks and I have definitely noticed evening of skin tone (I have areas of melasma) and overall brighter skin. I researched A LOT of masks, this mask not only has near infrared but also infrared energy (on top of basic RLT).

My dermatologist always tells me 70% of skin care can and should be done at home - this is a great, FDA-cleared investment and fits well into my personal care routine.

The product arrived really quickly, the packaging was beautiful. Product is as advertised

Ich habe eine Infrarotmaske bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell. Jedoch möchte ich diese nun zurücksenden und jetzt wird es anscheinend problematisch. Mehrere E-Mails, Kontakt über Chat-Bot und keine Antwort darüber wie und wohin ich die Maske zurücksenden kann ...
