Funds not received
Funds not received. I paid 20 USD and nothing was transferred to my account. I tried to contact support and nothing. The transaction is just sitting there pending for over 2 hours now. Will have to contact credit card company for chargeback. Very disappointed.

We manually approve and verify all payments, sometimes it can take a little longer than usual. I am assuming this has been long resolved, and hopefully was not such a dramatic experience in the end

You have received the items in the storage box in your dedicated game. You accepted the fact that it happened based on the evidence provided and acknowledged that someone must have collected it on your end. I am surprised about the feedback now, I don't see how this could be our fault

The site is good but the payment and withdrawal system needs to be upgraded. Whenever I withdraw my funds, I need to put it on Skrill and from there, I again need to wait for another withdrawal/credit to my personal bank account. Quite a hassle. Take a look at G2G.com, they have a lot of options that make the process more convenient.
