I've been getting odd bunch for over a year now and I think it's great. I eat way more veggies getting these boxes and it eliminates a majority of my grocery store runs to get fresh produce. You do occasionally get some bad produce but the price still makes it worth it. I also love the ability to skip weeks.

The produce has been fresh with lots of variety, the price is about half of what I'd pay in store, and the customer service is rapid and excellent! We are eating healthier with more fruit and veg than we normally would because of getting weekly Odd Bunch, which is great!

Generally I have been getting exactly what I requested. Once in a while, there seems to be glitches in the website for me. Once in awhile I want to skip a week, but today the website isn't showing me any other dates than just this week. This has happened twice now. Other than that, food is great. Fun doing new recipes

The produce is always excellent quality. Delivery times are clearly communicated. Customer service responds promptly.

The produce received has been great, some soft clementines but not inedible. I wish there was an option to exclude certain items (allergies) but I understand the necessity behind re-directing the produce.

the value is incredible. I am on my 3rd box already. My last box, the grapes were a little wrinkly and shrivled... I sent OB a photo and within 24 hours they responded and offered me a refund for the grapes. $7 on a $20 box packed full of produce. That's crazy. Love our OBB.

The first few boxes were absolutely fantastic. Fresh, well picked, produce that lasted for quite awhile. Then things changed n "went south as they say".
Half the amount of produce started to come n came up with already rotten goods, 1/2 the amounts of produce started coming. 1/2 n less of a head of broccoli, Brussel Sprouts are sometimes in a small bag (neat n tidy) the next time they'll be thrown in all over. When I started getting the juices (if I GOT the juices delivered) they will pile them all ontop of the produce n squashall of it. They'll throw cantaloupe, heavy squash, etc., ONTOP of softer produce.
I plan my meals around my deliveries. When I get my box n most is wrecked, rotten or squashed or the box doesn't show up at all, it pisses me off because it messes up my meal plans. They say oh well sorry, here's a credit. At lot of good that does. They wrecked my Thanksgiving Dinner!!! I had my whole meal planned, n NOTHING!!! I didn't get my box delivered that week. They think it's a favour they're doing for you, when they should be doing that anyway. Still doesn't fix things!!
It's either they CAN'T TRAIN THEIR STAFF PROPERLY OR THEIR STAFF ARE TOO DISRESPECTFUL TO BOTHER TO LISTEN n PAY FRICKEN ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY'RE DOING NOR DO THEY CARE!!!! SMARTEN UP, WOULD YOU!!!!!!

I really like getting fresh fruits and veg delivered right to my door.

I was really excited to discover this service and to get my first box. How disappointing... i ordered a bio basket et for 32$( 15% off first one so didn t pay full price) i hot a little bag of baby carrots, 2 avocados, i iceberg salad, 1 caulyflower, 2 oranges, 2 pears, 3 apples and 7 small potatoes... Should i really get to swallow the idea that i m saving money????? I mean, it would barely cost me 20 $ in a store. I am beyond insulted that it could get that scammy.

easy to order and was surprised at the freshness and quality. Would recommend.

Edit: I have been refunded for the order I didn't receive. This was still an unpleasant experience, as I had to prove that I didn't receive the order and send photos of where I actually live. Not typical for any other delivery service.

I ordered and paid for my first box, and was very excited to participate in this program. It's a brilliant and necessary concept.
My order was delivered to the wrong street and I have not been refunded or given a replacement.
So far, no satisfactory follow up from the company.

The delivery is good etc, box is good quality and sealed. But, I got my produce on Monday and by Wednesday, most of it was spoiled. I paid $30 for essentially a few onions and a butternut squash. I canceled my order.

I love getting my large mixed box every week! This makes me broaden my cooking and gives variety to my family that I wouldn’t otherwise purchase. The produce is always fresh and if you ever have an issue customer service is very quick to respond and fix the issue.

The box contents are delicious. I live in a seniors building and I share my medium box with four other seniors. So on Fridays we make it a get together party and it's fun to share.

We live in a rural area outside Ottawa and rarely qualify for these types of programs. A friend tried it and had rave reviews, so I used her referral code and ordered a box. We had an email on Tuesday confirming our order and what would be in it, then multiple messages on Saturday morning saying our box was on the move! It comes from Merivale Rd Ottawa so not too far.
The produce is the same quality as we find at our local grocery stores or better. It might be small or oddly shaped, but it’s fresh and tasty. I’m considering ordering another box to be shipped to my daughter at university. Very pleased with my experience so far!

Really love the boxes we have gotten to date. My husband not sold on it but hopefully he will come around

Great concept and company!! They have had some hiccups with their delivery and sometimes the product is less than desirable, but customer service has been pretty good!

When I weighed items and compared Superstore I only saved $4.14. Each week I get 3-5 tiny yellow apples and at least 4 cooking pears. This week I got 6 pears, only good for baking.
