Attention to detail results in quality patient care
Mr Chien Wong listened carefully, reviewed all the information I provided and adapted his plans as a result. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and carefully. On the day, the surgical team were calm, well organised and good communicators as well as being highly skilled. Mr Wong followed up by phone the next day which was reassuring. The results of my surgery have proved to be excellent. The only negative was some administrative confusion about what my insurance would or would not cover.

Dr Chien Wong has provided an excellent service from the initial consultation to the actual operation. I had surgery. He rang me the evening after the operation to check and see if I had any issue. Highly professional, and kind. Support staff did good jobs too.

There should be a option forore than 5 stars Dr Romesh from the moment i had my consulation he eased all fears i had with the laser and during the surgery himself and hes team of surgeons guided me thru i was abit nervous when looking up at the laser but its mot painful and nothing to fear at all it can be slight uncomfortable but not in a painful way and the team guide you thu takes no more than 10 minutes im so happy with the results and forever greatful it beats buying any expensive clothes or holiday its an amazing feeling to be able to see things from short distance and lomg distance and will forvever be greatlyful for OCL in making my wish come true and are extremely professional in everything they do from the reception to the eye specialist and all the surgeons

Following cataract surgery to my left…
Following cataract surgery to my left eye I can now read fairly small print. However, my mid to long vision is still blurred in that eye, certainly as much if not more than before treatment.
At my two week check up I was told that there is a film on that eye which is causing the problem.
An appointment was made for me to return on 29th August although I have not received the promised email confirmation.
Until any further procedure is done on that day I cannot say whether or not the surgery has been successful and worthwhile.

Great LASIK experience
Really excellent care and attention provided by the team for my LASIK surgery in June 2025. When I was having some pain post-op in the waiting area the receptionist noticed and sent me off to the nurse and consultant (Mark Wilkins) who took extra time and care to ensure I was comfortable. Great follow up by the consultant in the days after too. Enjoying my new eyes after years of contact lenses!

Exceptional Care and Life-Changing Results – Couldn’t Recommend OCL Vision More
I had congenital ptosis from a young age which not only affected my confidence but also caused a constant heavy feeling in my eye. After years of living with it I finally decided to have surgery just a few months before my wedding. Naturally I was very anxious about the timing the healing and whether I would feel like myself in time.
From the first consultation Mr Mohammad was incredible. He listened carefully and answered every single one of my many questions with patience and clarity. I felt truly heard and supported from start to finish.
The team at OCL Vision were just as amazing. Everything went so smoothly. I was clearly guided through the paperwork and surgery process and all my questions were answered quickly and professionally. The clinic itself was spotless and genuinely pleasant to be in which made a huge difference in calming my nerves.
It has now only been 11 days since my surgery and I am already healing beautifully. The scar is barely visible and swelling is minimal. My crease is forming naturally and for the first time I feel awake balanced and completely comfortable in my own skin. The post op care has been 10 out of 10 and I felt looked after every step of the way.
I could not recommend a more professional or trustworthy place for delicate procedures especially those involving the eyes. Thank you to Mr Mohammad and everyone at OCL Vision for such a life changing and positive experience

Everyone at OCL was amazing
Everyone at OCL was amazing, from my initial consultation to having the surgery last week, everything went so well. I was recommended to having my laser eye surgery done by Mr Romash and he made the process so easy, he knew I was nervous along with his staff and they soon made me feel relaxed and talked me through every step and what to expect. I had the LASEK surgery so recovery is much longer but it definitely isn’t as bad as I thought it would be and would tell anyone to go and do it.
