Very welcoming ... starting from the welcoming staff at the reception, several nursing staff and the consultant.
The staff at the reception also warned me about not taking coffee etc before the cataract operation.
All the procedures went smoothly and efficiently.

Outstanding Treatment and Care
Having been shocked to find I had advanced cataracts in both eyes I was concerned about the treatment and finding a good ophthalmologist to carry this out. I was fortunate enough to treated by Masara Laginaf at OCL Vision.
She was excellent at every stage, providing clear explanations of the procedure and expected outcomes, responding to my email questions and making the surgery itself a pleasant experience (which thoroughly surprised me!)
The team who supported Masara before, during and post-surgery follow up provided excellent service and communication.
I can now fully see without the need for glasses or contacts and I am thrilled. I thoroughly recommend Masara and OCL Vision.

Very good experience
Excellent facilities, lots of tests and clear information and alternatives given. The communication quality was very good and the procedure went without a hitch. The results were not 100% as expected (better in some areas, worse in others -glare) but within tolerance of what was prospected and may yet improve. Very good experience, highly recommended.

I recently visited OCL in Elstree for lens replacement surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked through the door, Mr Allon Barsam and his entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and completely at ease.

I highly recommend Ms Susan Sarangapani
I had an upper blepharoplasty on 3rd November this year. My optometrist recommended Ms Susan Sarangapani to perform my surgery and I could not have asked for a better surgeon.
Susan really took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain to me very clearly what could be done. Thanks to her skill and amazing attention to detail, coupled with her genuine warmth and empathy, I had a very successful surgery and Susan has achieved a completely natural result for me which is exactly what I wanted. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and Susan very gently removed my stitches a few weeks later, with great care for my comfort . I have had a few issues with allergies during my recovery but have received complete support and advice throughout and am healing well. A huge thank you to all the staff at OCL who really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe, from the receptionists to the nurse and anaesthetist, a truly remarkable team. But biggest thanks must go to Susan who I would highly recommend if you are considering eyelid surgery.

I had cataract removed in both my eyes
I had cataract removed in both my eyes. I was extremely nervous but the surgeon, Ms Masara Laginaf, was very reassuring, caring and with her team made the procedure easy and comfortable.
The place itself is very welcoming with polite and available receptionists.
I would not hesitate to recommend OCL Vision.
