My hydrogen bottle stopped working…
My hydrogen bottle stopped working after using it for a few days. I don’t know why. I am hoping that it can be replaced as I really want to be able to use hydrogen water as a part of my healthy regimen.

Poor delivery service
I am still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. I see now that USPS tried to deliver it but I wasn't, not sure why they didn't put it in the mail box, and then took it back to the post office. I live 30 miles from the post office! I am going to let USPS send it back to sender!

Please understand, due to the high value of our hydrogen water bottles, we require a signature on delivery to ensure your item reaches you safely and securely. It would be irresponsible on our part to leave such a product unattended in a mailbox, which is why the courier service didn't leave it there.
As for the delivery and shipping process, while we put every effort into making and developing the best products possible, we are not personally involved with the delivery and postal services. These services are outsourced and we, as a manufacturer, don't have any control over them.

There is so much noise on the Internet around hydrogenated water, and such wild variation in price it's extremely difficult to choose with confidence. I invested a lot of time and found my way to Ocemida - I am thrilled. From the unboxing and continued use, this product is incredibly high quality. My health and well-being were immediately improved and I see measurable improvements each day since starting. I drink 8-12 servings per day and I feel like my age is steadily reversing!
