Oceanus Swimwear Anmeldelser 

I ordered a swimsuit from Oceanus Swimwear several months ago (may 11th, it’s mid September now) , and it never arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and each time they promised to send it, but they never did. In my last email, I had to demand a refund and threaten legal action because they completely neglected my case.

I’ve received other packages in the mail with no issues, but Oceanus failed to deliver or take responsibility. The lack of communication and care for their customers is shocking. I had to repeatedly remind them that I hadn’t received my order, yet they made no effort to resolve the situation.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They take your money but don’t deliver the product or any customer service.

Terrible communications, late delivery, to then receive a damaged item. Sent it back via DHL and am still waiting to hear back from the company and receive my refund.

I just placed my order this morning. I didn’t realize they make all their swimsuits handmade which makes delivery time much long. I sent an email and got a very fast reply. Long story short, they were able to send me the swimsuit I ordered in a different color so I am able to wear it before my trip. They even sent me pictures of the colors to compare them to each other. The customer service so far has been excellent and I am excited to receive my swimsuit!

My beaded dress arrive in 5 days, What a perfect fit. Thank you. cant wait to wear it!!!!!!

Literally the worst. Ordered a £250 swimsuit beginning of June, it came end of July in a cheap pink plastic delivery bag, wrapped in paper. it was awful and gaped under the armpits, I’m big busted and it was baggy all around the bust, felt and looked so cheap. Sent it back with tracking, it arrived there the next day. This was now a month ago! I have emailed multiple times and no response at all!!!! I’ve now left a comment on their Instagram I’m assuming they will delete. Anyone saying they’ve had a good experience I’m doubtful. Do not order a thing from them. Maybe go to the shop in London if you really do want something but I recommend shein over this lot.

Great customer service! Received my reply within couple of hours and got my order shipped out next day! Dress is of good quality and perfect fit!

The ladies at Oceanus were amazing help today ! Cannot wait to wear my new swimwear in Ibiza .

I placed an order in june for an off the shelf standard fashion item made by ‘july child’ and listed as in stock ready to ship on a 2-3 business day service in the size i need. Subsequently received an email stating the order is being ‘made by artisans’ and would take >26 business days to ship - basically meaning they dont have the advertised stock (i know the maker has none in stock which is why i ordered from a third party retailer, in the first place having seen it advertised as in stock and ready to ship). Multiple emails to customer service requesting a refund have subsequently been completely ignored over a nine dey period and my money is now stuck with this retailer (who lists no contact number). After writing this review in eerly july they contacted me, saying delivery was organised. Another month later? Still my money is with them, no updates, no replies to my requests for news / a refund if item is not in stock. AVOID at all costs and please do not fall for the copy and the hype. Appalling!

I placed my order on 28th April and they confirmed on the website and email that the order will take 14-21 business days with delivery date 2nd June. It’s been 27 business days, I have emailed with no response. I have commented on their Instagram and they deleted my comment. I have sent them a DM on Instagram and still no response. Such a shame as the company seemed legitimate with beautiful pieces, but here I am after having spent over £600 without even a response.

Do not fall for their beautiful advertising of their pieces, they post all day but fail to respond once you’ve given them your money.

EDIT: They responded to my emails and were kind enough to offer a free swimsuit along with 20% off next order, however, until now, they have only shipped “part” of my order as per their confirmation. It still took far too long to ship and they clearly haven’t finished my order but claim it’s a customs issue.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! NO PRODUCT SENT OUT! AVOID!

Got into contact with the owner who was helpful and got customer service to tell me they shipped they item after a month of no updates. They said they would update me with my tracking number but still hard to believe the item ever shipped because I never got a tracking number still. I definitely feel scammed.

I bought the Talia dress last year and after only wearing a few times some of the beads came away. I emailed customer service to ask if this could be fixed. They have sent me a brand new dress! I am speechless! This is the most coveted item in my wardrobe so was over the moon when they said they would replace it. Can’t thank you guys enough! I will forever be a loyal customer!!

Before I ordered I asked would my swimsuit arrive by April 1st. They told me yes and that they’ll make my order a priority if I sent the order number. I never received an update after the confirmation email. I ordered February 27th giving enough time for it to be made. After I emailed them they told me they’ll receive my order that week (March 18th) here we are 5 days before my trip and still no tracking number or nothing. Now I am out of $200 and a swimsuit for my birthday.

Placed an order two months ago Received nothing after the confirmation email. Emailed the company numerous times with absolutely no reply. Don’t seem legitimate at all

I ordered the Charli bikini and the marina dress and absolutely loved them the work is perfect and beautifully great quality. Will be ordering again.

I was delighted to receive the ‘Callie’ one-shoulder white swimsuit as a surprise birthday present. My gift arrived beautifully packaged and when opened, I was taken aback by the outstanding quality, and luxurious feel of the fabric, and, when on, this created a beautiful figure hugging silhouette. The multicoloured beadwork and metallic embellishments create a highshine adding elegance and glamour to this swimsuit. The overall look reminded me of old style Hollywood glamour with a nod to the ‘Versace’ creations of the 1980s. I am delighted to own such a beautiful creation from award winning brand ‘Oceanus’, and will certainly cherish my special, beautiful, elegant birthday gift.

Bought a gift for my partner and she loved it. Well made pieces and timely delivery.
