Give Ambulance Chasers a bad name.
These are the type of law firm that give even "Ambulance Chasers" a bad name. In it for one thing....fees and costs nothing else. I'll tell you something, teyndont like being challenged. The amount of times I was threatened about "taking action against you" on behalf of their client if you dared push back against then by Jeremy Reilly was almost funny....even more so that I have nothing to gouge from me so talk about the definition of frivolous action if they did! It's all about aggression and a desire to rake in fees and costs. Nothing more, nothing less. These are a bottom scraping "law firm" and I use "law firm" almost sarcastically. BUT, what goes around comes around as they will see.
My advice is if you have the unpleasant experience of having to deal with this bunch just push back on everything they say, don't bow to the aggression and pressure they try and add. If you were thinking of hiring them, don't bother. With me the firm they represented had to bring in Barristers separate basically because the "lawyers" weren't good enough to handle anything on their own though undoubtedly they'd say it's the "process" It's not, they just aren't as good as the bravado they spin.
Just delighted I don't have to deal with this Mickey Mouse outfit but genuinely feel for the next victims they try and gouge.
