After looking into this, it appears you may have ordered a shortfill e-liquid, which comes as a larger bottle of 0mg nicotine e-liquid with a 20mg nicotine shot included separately.

This nicotine shot is designed to be added to the bottle to create the final strength — in most cases 3mg nicotine once mixed.

This is standard across the vaping industry and allows customers to adjust nicotine strength while staying compliant with TPD regulations.

I’m very sorry to hear that the delivery felt slow on this occasion. Unfortunately, due to Irish regulations around vaping products, we are required to verify ID in certain situations before dispatching an order.
