I’m new to this, so I haven’t really established any reviews yet, but I am impressed with all the instructions and examples and the team readiness to answer questions!

This system is simple to understand, easy to follow and a fun way to try new places as well as enjoy some of your local favorite restaurants. I will continue to use this as a way to save and earn money going forward.

Even though I have yet to embark on my first adventure and post my first review I feel supported and in good hands. I have been provided with all the tools I need to be successful and now I need to clear my calendar and start this exciting journey.

I had a question about gift cards and was given a very thorough answer within 24 hours.

I appreciate the support- I have done only one shop - a breakfast - but I was caught off guard when it asked more questions than your scenario says when you open up any restaurant- other questions i.e. if the manager was a friend how would you have him improve his restaurant - you should let your people know that there is more than going in ordering, taking a picture of the food, receipt and any other pictures and leaving - luckily I spoke with my waitress and got her name.

If you have to pay to shop then it is a scam.

To this point, I have been impressed with my experience and looking forward to participating in secret shopping.

So far I have had a positive experience. I received everything I paid for. I have not done any jobs yet so I cannot give any feedback yet but I will as soon as I do.

I was very disappointed in the way Observati does business. I reviewed a restive and went to great lengths to read the rules and spent quite some time trying write the best and detailed review I could. I am a very good writer too. I never got paid nor told my submission was denied. After reaching out to the multiple times with no response back I felt this company was not reputable. They were quick to take my money but didn’t give me the courtesy of responding to my messages. I had paid extra to get double the rewards. This is not the way to do good business.

I have not had the opportunity to try since I didn't know how this process works. I claimed a job but it has to be approved first. Then I received approval and now I have 30 days to try this place out.

I then wanted to queue up another restaurant but again I'm just finding I can't until I visit my first choice and submit that review.

Not disappointed but merely learning how the process works. Definitely looking forward to the experience!

I do have a question - I travel on business typically out of state so as I change zip codes am I still waiting the 24-48 hours? I'm typically only in that place overnight but would love the opportunity to try new places when I travel. It's not all the time more like once a quarter and never knowing where I'll be next.

One thing is true it will be Kansas, Oklahoma & Texas. I do have a fall trip planned to Western NY I'm assuming I'll have the same issues there. Any chance of improving on those approvals times?

This is a scam site. It's pretty obvious since they try and get you to pay. You should never pay doing work. Huge red flag.

I signed up using a MasterCard gift card. This particular one makes sites think it is a credit card. After the dollar payment I did my first review, had nothing but problems, like some people are saying on here, and you should listen.

I then decided to use my knowledge as a tech savvy individual and look behind the scenes. Look through the code to the site, and matching it to Google's safety code, it is completely fake.

These people are taking your money, saying 72 hours so they can steal as much as they can from you in whatever time you allot to stay with them.

For your own good, because there will be no resolutions with any of the support staff, delete the account. Stop the free trial. Not one person has ever been paid, and they keep doing it because no one wants to read.

You are wasting your time, and they do not care. They will charge your bank when it's time, but the money will be much greater than what they initially told you.

So far so good except it says I have a gift card in my profile to use on my review to help with the cost of my meal. There is no gift card found in my account.
