Very Poor quality but good customer service!
The process on the site and everything was fine but, The material processing of the spiral coasters is abysmally poor they don’t look shiny like on the pictures at all. They also have incredibly many scratches. It does not fit flush with the surface and the glasses wobble on it. And that for over 100€ in total for shipping and taxes, that’s insane to me actually sorry, wouldn’t recommend buying this.

However, what changed my experience was the way the company handled my complaint. The customer service team reached out to me quickly after my review, and I was honestly surprised by how kind, understanding, and professional they were. They contacted me personally, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and offered me a refund without any complications. The communication was smooth and respectful throughout the process.

Concernant les frais d’expédition pour le mobilier ainsi que les articles volumineux ou lourds, il est indiqué à la fois sur la page produit et lors du passage en caisse que les frais de livraison sont communiqués après la commande. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés si cela n’était pas suffisamment clair au moment de votre achat.
