Please avoid this company. You book a bus through them for a country outside Turkey and when the bus never turns up instead of a refund they give you some coupons you can use in turkey..? So, definitely avoid this company, they don't want to take responsibility.

Issue fully resolved. Changed the stars to 5.
I bought 2 tickets separately from obilet, and paid. I needed to make an account. Which I did. And then... I cannot login, to download and print the tickets.
Nothing. The website keeps loading (yeah, right...)
I received a WhatsApp confirmation for the 2nd ticket. That I can open. The first one, though (previous date) I cannot download nor access another way.
Thrown away money. Don't use it!

I booked two tickets from Varna to Obzor. The bus NEVER CAME. Noone answered at the phone numbers listed for assistance. When I requested a refund for a service never provided, they just say that the bus was there on time and that the driver tried to call me multiple times. I proved to them that noone called me at that point, so however told them that the bus was there on time and that they called me obviously is lying. But they just stick to their story. NO REFUND. AVOID SCAM company.

Very bad scammer company. I bought s ticket from Constanta to Varna. The location of departure was missing. The phones on the ticket was not relevant. The chat-support can not help at all. AVOID buying tickets from Obilet!!!!

I had booked car hire which I fully paid at time of booking. had to cancel the booking which full refund of roughly £280 was confirmed by 5 different team members, however after 7 weeks I still have not received any refund, every time I contact I have been either asked to wait or contact my bank, the bank says the refund was never processed and no record in their system. I will continue my dispute.
I will never book anything with them and don't advise anyone to do so.

Писах им на имейла support@obilet.
com и ми възстановиха сумата,но беше много неприятно изживяване у не бих ги позвал за в бъдеще,

I bought a ticket from app. Before the bus departure time (Kamil Koç), I received a message saying the bus will be late for 2 hr. The obilet customer service said we can cancel your ticket and you will get a full refund in few days or we can issue in seconds an open ticket that I can use to get the next bus from any bus operator. I said ok for the open ticket. I did not receive my open ticket. I called the customer service 3x, They are telling me they can't give me the open ticket and cannot refund me and can't help. So basically they stole my money.

They sold me a ticket for a bus that never came. The price was quoted in euros, but the billing after I completed the purchase was in Ukrainian currency. So whether it was a scam company or what, I don't know, but in any case I had to scramble to find alternative transport. It looks like they're refunding my money, so an extra star for that, but I'd rather not have wasted my time and energy dealing with this nonsense in the first place.

02 Temmuz 2025’te O-Bilet üzerinden araç kiralaması yaptım. 06 Temmuz’da aracı teslim almak için Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı’na gittiğimde, kredi notum gerekçe gösterilerek araç verilmedi. O güne kadar birçok kez araç kiraladım ve hiçbirinde bu tür bir sorun yaşamadım.
Müşteri hizmetleriyle görüştüğümde sadece ücret iadesi yapılabileceği söylendi. Bu denli büyük bir firmadan, başka bir firmaya yönlendirme veya çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım beklerdim ama hiçbir destek sunulmadı.
Şile’den yalnızca aracı teslim almak için gitmiştim ve o gün acil olarak araca ihtiyacım vardı. Tüm kiralama firmalarını dolaştıktan sonra büyük uğraşlarla bir araç bulabildim ve kredi notumla ilgili hiçbir engel yaşanmadı.
Yaşadığım bu süreç hem zaman hem de kaynak kaybı yarattı. Müşteri memnuniyetine bu kadar uzak bir yaklaşımı kesinlikle kabul etmiyorum ve benzer bir durum yaşamak istemeyenler için bu yorumu bırakıyorum.

I was trying to buy a ticket but there was an error with my payment. I have tried different browsers, bank cards, the app and nothing worked. They have told me that the problem is from the bank but when I spoke with the representatives from BOTH of my banks - they said that that the site of obilet did not send them a request/validation. So first they were blaming the wrong people, then they were finding excuses and at the end they refused to escalate my chat. I lost two hours with them. Awful quality! They even thought I was booking a flight instead of bus!? Awful quality
