Just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service that I received from Joyce in helping to expedite an order for my son. I can't comment on the quality of the brace as of yet, but I did receive excellent customer service.

In December 2022 I ordered a Shoulder Brace for Tendonitis Torn Rotator Cuff Frozen Shoulder (left shoulder option). I think a lot of the negative reviews here are from people who did not realize it would take several weeks to receive their item. Ober sent me an email the day after I ordered that contained tracking information for a shipping company called YunExpress (I reviewed that company in TrustPilot as well). YunExpress delivered the item to USPS within 3 weeks and I had the item in about 4 weeks, which I think was reasonable considering it traveled from China to Florida during the holiday season. But the reason I am leaving this review is that this shoulder brace really exceeded my expectations. While I was waiting for it to arrive I purchased a shoulder brace/sling from a local medical supply store. That one was ok, but very cumbersome and not adjustable. The difference is that the Ober model is not a sling, it instead uses a cuff with a series of Velcro strips so I could keep my arm at whatever angle felt best that day - the picture on the website shows the arm straight down, but by attaching the velcro strips closer to my neck, I could raise my arm to any angle. I found this shoulder brace/sling so much more comfortable to wear around the house and to use for errands like grocery shopping than the other sling I purchased. Sometimes I removed the cuff and just wore the upper shoulder brace. It gave my shoulder a little support and reminded me not to move too quickly. You do have to be patient because it does take several weeks for it to arrive. But I was very happy with this brace and it was far better than the one I was able to purchase locally. Also, I really liked the way this brace looked. I am a 5'2" female, but the cuff and shoulder brace are also velcro adjustable and I had to close them as far as they would go, so there was definitely extra room. I have finished physical therapy and no longer need this brace, but it really saved me at a time when I was in a lot of pain, and I wanted to leave a review because I really think it is an excellent product.

Through no fault of Ober Health, an otoscope I ordered arrived damaged; I contacted the company and an immediate replacement was sent.
I would like to complement the company on its prompt, efficient and 'old-fashioned' service.

Last minute decision to order drop foot brace. One of my 600.00 US braces cracked and was useless. 3 to 6 week delivery. The new brace arrived 7 days later at 44.00 us and free delivery. Works and is much more comfortable than the 600.00 braces. Thank you, I'm ordering the rt foot medium tomorrow to match.

I purchased a Filter Kit for my So Clean from Ober Health on December 18, 2022. When the charge hit my credit card, I noted that I had been charged twice and further there were eight denied attempts by my bank for charges by Ober Health who was attempting to charge my credit card! When I contacted Ober Health, I was told that I had purchased two filter kits, notwithstanding that the electronic copy of my order indicated I had only purchased one filter kit. When I pointed out that I had only received one kit, Ober Health stated that the second kit had yet to be mailed. After some discussions Ober finally agreed to "refund" the second charge on my account.

More concerning to me, as I write this scathing review, is the fact that I have been in contact (emails) with Ober Health on at least six occasions and there has been no refund forthcoming from Ober Health. When adds the lost time in attempting to resolve this matter the money turns out to be the least concerning thing about Ober Health!

Today is February 1st and by my count, it has been forty-five days since my original purchase and still no refund! Ober Health's explanation is that it is a "processing time" Issue and that is because it was an "international transaction". Thank God it was not a lot of money and I pity those consumers that did spent a greater sum of money and are now looking for a refund from Ober Health.

The fact of the manner is that when it takes a company 45 days or more to issue a refund, there is something nefarious going on with the company and their international supplier! Stated differently, either or both Ober Health and the international supplier are keeping the "float" (interested being earned on funds that should be refunded to the customer), but are being held to generate interest. If the supplier were located in the U.S. the various banks and regulating entities would be after Ober Health and their supplier for breaking the law.

I am forced to give a one star rating to Ober Health because in order to write my review one must give at least one star. In reality Ober Health should get "NO STARS". I would encourage any and all potential customers refrain from doing any business with Ober Health.

Ober showed the product was received but I could not remember receiving it. Ober immediately tracked the shipment, providing a complete report including a time of delivery. Customer service was constantly working with me to my complete satisfaction.
I have also been a CPAP user for four years and have found their product comparable to the name brand.
I will use you when refill time rolls around.

They have no customer service and they do not return emails. Their products are Chinese junk and not worth half of what they are charging. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Ordered a posture with metal back support. L size supposedly had 53" waist, but was barely 44. Designed for a petite woman's frame. No mention of that. Sizing Chinese only- not North American. Am waiting for 40% refund.

This company is a total scam!! I ordered a product that was not what was advertised, not even close!! When asking for a refund they argued and argued to finally admit they would refund my money (which i have in writing) and then decided not to. The product was totally incorrect and of poor quality. Do not use this company as they are dishonest. I now have to dispute my purchase with visa which i will be refunded but will have to spend the time doing so.

Scam? Thought I ordered from US company only to find it was in China. Cannot call because no phone number and dont reply to emails.

This is a Communist China company posing as high quality American made. Do not buy from them.

I wanted to order a brace but don't trust companies without an address and phone. So, I emailed them asking about it. Waiting for their response, but after reading the comments, I won't be ordering from them.

I am so DISAPPOINTED that I did not see these reviews before I wasted my money on a product that has never arrived. They charged my credit card though. BEWARE... RIPPED OFF

FAKE COMPANY.....All the negative reviews on this company are accurate. They are scammers. I guess I am one of many that got taken. I never received a conformation or tracking number from them which was suspicious. After 3 weeks no merchandise. There is no contact phone number, only an email to contact, which I submitted. No response.

Ordered a brace. No confirmation sent. They did charge my credit card. Phone number on site is fake, not real. They DO NOT answer emails in 4 hours or less. They DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST ANY REVIEWS THAT ARE POSITIVE THEY ARE FAKE BECAUSE COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST EXCEPT TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

Great parcel tracking. Responded to an email I sent, almost immediately. Bought finger braces. Yes they were really cheap so I didn’t expect great quality but they do the job and are fine. They won’t last forever but for $15 and free postage, that’s what I expected. So all good!

No problems what so ever, in fact I was surprise and very happy with the delivery time and the product is just what we needed. In the future I will begin my shopping on line with this company first.

This place is a rip off . DO NOT buy! I received my neck brace but it was cheap, falling apart, and a size to fit a small child at best. Instructions in Chinese and I speak English. Tried calling immediately but there’s NO PHONE number. No response to my emails. I want to return and get a refund but all of a sudden they’re not available. Repeat DO NOT buy!
