I have been working with this store for almost 10 years. All these years we have had good communication and even if there are any problems there is always a solution in the end. The reason is that they have serious after sales service

Very satisfied, both with the staff and with the fast delivery.I have also had positive experiences with dealing with complaints. I will continue to buy from this store...

Fast Delivery Authentic Product. Thank you

We acquired a diagnostic tool to be used on BMW diagnostics systems, bought from the internet some three years ago. We never did get it going properly. When we contacted the vendor just recently they were not interested in helping us due to the time that had elapsed. However we were offered help for an additional fee. Boy we were seriously ripped off.
I have been in possession of a generic diagnostic tool from OBD services for some five or more years and in that time I have received help reinstalling the tool without question.

Great service! Very polite and got back to me quickly. Will use again.

Very authentic and nice dealer, in my case team arranged out of stock item also, talk to team for extra discounts

Great customer service and user friendly website which provided every bit of OBD tools and willing to be recommended every one who interested. Thanks and appreciated

Works perfect, touch is soft and ftdi chip works great! Very satisfied with my purchase , seller is awesome also, will buy again for sure. 100% correct seller, highly recommend.

Bought a VVDI Prog wich came with defect, talk'd to support and they tried to help me, unfortunately that was a tool fault.
In around a week, i send over my VVDI and they get a new working one.
Thank you.

Bough few tools from them . They take 1-2 weeks to turn up but apart from that cannot complain . Service is very helpfully. Even when 1 device I bought was not working properly they give advice what to try and cus that didn’t help they quickly replace device for new what works perfect
