I wouldn't either say it was great or not tbh ....all I've done is pay for a medical service policy which I have not made , and hopefully won't make any claims on . It seems to me a little early to be asking for a review when I only purchased it a week ago . If your are asking about the purchase process fine , you gave me a fair price and I paid the required amount...end of ?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to here of your negative experience.
The auto renewal option is available within the customer journey and customer's do have the option to switch this on or off, while there is an additional option to amend this within MyOasis - our customer self service centre. I can also see there you would have received a series of emails in the lead up to your renewal date advising of last years price and your new price.
That said and given the above, I have asked a Team Leader within the Contact Centre to give you a call to discuss the options on your policy and better understand if there is anything we can do in terms of a larger discount on your policy as I do agree there is currently an increase, so will look to refund part of the price where possible.
In the meantime, we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, and will look to resolve this ASAP for you.
