From a plea on Facebook asking for help, Paul responded straight away. Spoke on the phone and he was with us within the hour. Extremely friendly and repaired the front door so that I can lock it! Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

Great service in Bourne

Excellent customer service
Paul helped me out with a very large order for sash windows.
I've ordered windows before but never sash or of this size. There is a lot of details to go through and make sure are right. This was an extremely important order and Paul was very helpful and is extremely knowledgeable. Always available to give a hand. If it wasn't for his help I wouldn't have felt comfortable making an order of this size.
Would reccomend.
The windows look good too.
