This is my first day in the UK definitely rainning and open the new door find a router always being red, the staffs from Oaknest helps me a lot around set up the bills and solve the Wi-Fi problem this afternoon finally see the sunshine this afternoon! They are really reliable and company with me since I choose the apartment. It is fully safety that as an international student who live in the UK. Choose Oaknest is the best desicion I made

We are truly grateful for this agent’s patience and professionalism throughout our flat-hunting process. No matter how many requests or changes we had, they always listened carefully and helped us find suitable properties based on our needs. When we encountered a staff member who tried to pressure us into increasing our offer unfairly, this agent sincerely stood up for us and even helped file a complaint. They genuinely acted in our best interest and helped us avoid common rental traps. Highly recommended!
