Same as all the reviews. Trust pilot should review those 5 stars. I am not sure that is correct. Like everyone I was scammed. I bought one thing and now I am being charged for a membership I did not agree to. You all will be caught. Eventually it all catches up to you.

Make sure you read the small print!!!!! I was charge monthly for something I had no knowledge of, I was told it was in the small print, with a box to check. Now I also have not receive the item and told I need to send the UPSP# I'm a Senior and have no idea all the terms they are telling me to do. How do I find a UPSP # with out the item? Anyway I paid for this lessons, hope this prevent someone else from this. Another thing it is almost impossible to get a life body to talk with. That is why it has taken months for me to be told what to do. Very dissappointed with this company!

Oak & Hearth - Shady business practices
In October 2020 I purchased an item & was signed up for a monthly $12.84 recurring fee without my knowledge. I just went to their website and simulated a purchase and no where is it obvious I'm signing up for the Oak+ membership upon purchase. Only if you actually click on the tiny 'terms and conditions' and read down to section 5 do they say you're signing up for this. This is their legal loop hole to complaints from people about this exact thing saying 'the customer knew and agreed to this charge.' If you aren't clearly and obviously advertising your membership and the fact you're auto-signing people up, then it's sneaky business. I also never received a membership email - spam or otherwise. I don't delete any emails, so it's not there. Nor did I receive emails extolling their membership's benefits and 'please come use it and buy from us' emails which tells me they don't want to alert people to the fact they are on a subscription bc people would cancel it. I got exactly 3 emails from O&H and they were all regarding tracking of they actual purchased item. They've taken $153 from me without my consent and refuse to refund any of it. BEWARE!!!!

They have false advertising for products on their site. Photos and videos that make products look very high quality but then when you receive your order the product quality is nothing like what is posted on their site. The products are terrible! Then when you try to return they don’t provide shipping labels so you have to pay for THEIR scammy product to b returned BEFORE they refund you. How are they still in business!? I’ll never stray from Amazon again. PS found same exact products on Amazon for cheaper.

It was the worst experience I can ever have with a company they charged me $59 for an attachment that goes to a weed eater that doesn't fit my weed eater because it's been longer than 30 days they wouldn't take it back or refund my money it wasn't like it was a perishable item that's the company's greed I'm going to fix income and then on top of that a month and a half later they charged me another $12 and something for free shipping and handling in case I should ever want to order anything again why would I want to do that when you won't even take back your product that won't fit my weed eater I will never buy anything from this company again they are not sympathetic to the customers needs nor are they a good company

This is a horrible company to deal with. I am a single mother who took a chance to purchase 2 bean bags.
1. They took forever to deliver my order.
2. When I submitted my cancelation is when they delivered a few days later.
3.The cancelation was already in place. I was told that I would get my refund in 7-10 days. NEVER HAPPENED.
4. They don't give any kinds of instructions for returns/labels, NOTHING.
This is all a ploy for returns not to get back to them. A loop hole for them. Sadly, my babies never got to see the cloth like bean bags, they weren't even filled with anything. It was just 2 pieces of cloth.
Please, please don't do it!
Trim Boss Difficulty
From their videoclip, it looked like you were buying the whole weed eater, but they only send the blade. They could make the video clearer.
They advertise that it will FIT ALL TRIMMERS. That is a lie--false advertising. We tried three different motor heads and the Trim Boss would not fit on any of them.
Called to return the item. Oops! I was two weeks too late to get a refund. They send no paperwork with the product. They should emphasize the 30-day money-back guarantee and give recommendations as to what brand of weed eater they recommend. A waste of $60.
Then, they were sneaky and signed me up (unknowingly) for the $12.95 subscription so I could have the privilege of shopping from Oak & Hearth. I called them on that and they said I'd get a refund. Still haven't seen that.

Charged me $12.95 for a monthly promotion plan that I never wanted and never knowingly ordered on the website. I did order the steel attachment for a weed wacker. Called and promotion plan was cancelled from further monthly charges, but I was not credited for the first month. Better check your credit card bills. They will continue to charge your card $12.95 until you cancel. Outrageous. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

This company is truly terrible. Worst customer service ever. Automatically bills you for a membership you never asked for. I haven't gotten the product I ordered yet but my expectations are VERY low. They should be shut down.

This company should be shut down!!! Their products are very misleading, i returned my product over a month ago and still haven’t been refunded…. On top of that they charged me 12$ for a subscription that i was completely unaware of until i discovered it on my transactions!!! Ive been emailing them for weeks. I plan to write as many bad reviews as i possibly can and I’m a very busy person. I wanted to give it 0 stars but unfortunately i was unable to.

I ordered the trimboss weeding wheel that took forever to arrive. The ad was very misleading and when I emailed and called, I got nasty customer service and got nowhere. I asked about a refund and was given the run around. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and will be taking this further.
Poor Quality Product With Poor Quality Customer Service
I ordered a Miracle Magic Ionic hairbrush. Immediately upon receiving the brush the on/off button was faulty and progressively over a few weeks shifted so eventually it couldn’t turn off. Then a few days later the rim of the brush came off. This brush had minimal and delicate use once a day on fine, straight hair. I sent an initial email two days after the 30 day money back period and did not receive a reply for weeks, and even then they ignored my concerns. Over weeks I tried contacting them. They are based in America and I’m in Australia so the 17 hour time difference was hard to work around and I tried calling numerous times over a month and had to call and explain things on two different occasions before someone in upper management rejected my request for a refund. I was fortunate I lost only $27 AUD but it’s the moral of the story which matters. Here in Australia I have never encountered such disgusting customer service combined with disgusting product quality, and I am a very frequent online shopper.
Best to avoid this company due to poor quality products and poor quality customer service.

We have the same experience as everyone who gave them a rating of poor. A monthly fee that they were supposed to cancel from the CA location (which I got from their web site), but the fee comes from NV as you can see by the phone number on your statement. Fraud division contact is next.
