As a small company, you don't always have the pull of the 'big boys', but the need for a comfortable office chair, meeting the needs of health demands is still very real.
When speaking with Jamie and explaining my needs and desire to 'try before I buy' so that I wasn't making another online mistake, he had the perfect solution in conjunction with Hood Seating.

His service has been second to none, not only listening, but understanding and providing a solution that is 'The Perfect Chair!'

I can't recommend Jamie and North West Office Furniture highly enough. There should be a 10 Star option.

Customer service was great answered every question immediately. The inside bars are a little bit fiddly but overall very pleased with the filing cabinet

The Vantage 100 2 Lever PCB Operators Chair that I purchased from NWOF was actually the cheapest I could find. It was despatched promptly and is exactly as described and the colour as ordered. Easy to assemble. I'm sitting on it now as I type this review :-)

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered typist chair at really discounted price, thought it was too good to be true. No need to worry, really well made chair and comfortable and delivered unbelievably quickly at no extra charge. Communication at all times was also excellent. We ordered this chair for my husband who has mobility issues. The chair is exactly what he needs. It is strong, stable and easy to stand up from.
It was delivered very quickly exactly as promised and by a very helpful driver.

The 4 black bolts did not fit easily.
I had to remove all the black paint which covered them completely in order that the bolt thread would fit the tapped hole.
Otherwise the chair is fine.

Ordered a desk online on 2/1/24. Received a phone call the following morning and it was delivered the day after. Tracking received throughout and kept informed of delivery time on the day. Brilliant service at a very competitive price. Extremely happy with the desk. Good quality and packaged well. I’m giving a 5 star review and would recommend this company.
