Excellent customer service. Great desk chair at sizeable discount. Delighted to find that they do a pre build service- at extra cost but so worth it! Delivered extremely quickly, carefully packaged.
Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

I write very few reviews and only do so if something was exceptionally good or exceptionally poor, giving someone three or four stars is too subjective.
This company were exceptionally good!
I bought a new executive office chair (£300+) back in February and in May I noticed a small cut in the leather on the armrest. It could have been caused by me as I hadn't noticed it before but this company exchanged the whole chair for a new one with no fuss - Rebecca in customer care was brilliant and really helpful.
This company are selling on value for money and price competitiveness but their service is well beyond what many 'Premium Office Furniture' suppliers offer and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been looking for a good quality but reasonable priced desk for a teenagers bedroom for some time, I was happy to stumble accross this company.
The desk arrived within days of placing the order. Unfortunately, two of the three parcels had been damaged by the courier company. I called straight away and replacement parts were sent out the very same day.
The staff there are so helpful & friendly, namely Jamie & Rebecca in customer services. I highly recommend this company. Good quality product at a very good price.

Placed an order with a long lead time that I was aware of when ordering. However due to issues with courier services from their supplier I did not get my items within the specified time. With the NWOF Team constantly chasing and asking for updates on the situation that was out of their control they remained professional and supportive throughout the process which concluded in a positive output. A new courier was appointed who kept me up to date with all stages of the delivery and even offered to unpack and place the item where I wanted it. Thank you NWOF for seeing this through to the end.

Very impressed with nwof …they are friendly and helpful and offered the best cost for our office furniture. They were really helpful with recommendations and were quick to resolve a glitch with the supplier.

I ordered 4 chairs, which were of a very high standard and very competitively priced.

Unfortunately, they did not meet my needs and requested a return and refund. The company were superb, in its response and all those I spoke to were helpful and polite. Having returned the chairs, the refund followed immediately.

Desk and filing cabinet ordered on Friday with the help of Rebecca in customer services. Delivery company phoned on Monday to confirm delivery on Wednesday. All arrived on due date and in perfect condition. What’s not to like?

Ordered and received promptly 4 x Tahira beech framed stackable chairs. Nice chairs.
Problem- the dowels to hold the chairs together are way too short, about half the required length, so had to purchase and cut new dowel to fit.
NWOF not approached to resolve the issue as time was of the essence but replied with apology so rating improved as the chairs are very good quality.

The ordering was straightforward and chair is aesthetically pleasing. A very study chair and well made but I don't find it is cushioned well
and a bit too hard for my body type and weight of 72Kg.

I have used this company twice now. Excellent value, customer service and delivery.

Would be 5 but had to get couple of replacement parts as minor damage on arrival. The team were amazingly quick about sorting issues so no concerns on aftercare.

Came across this company by chance whilst researching office chairs on line. They offered good quality products at reasonable price. The ordering was straight forward and I enjoy using my new chair. The only thing was there was no communication about the delivery day/time. I don't need many reminders, but one would have been helpful. Overall, it was positive experience.

Excellent customer service. One of the tables arrived slightly damaged and I phoned Jamie at NWOF at 4.30pm. There was no quibble and offered a replacement, which arrived at 8.30am the next morning. Would highly recommend this company.
