A real talking point
Very quick response to 'chat' enquiry. Custom made tree without any fuss. Tree delivered on time and is stunning. Had a dummy run putting it up - very easy with no hassle unlike traditional tree. Can't wait to decorate it and show it off.

i placed my order in july after…
i placed my order in july after speaking to Steve, who was very helpful. since then things have changed, i know they were having staffing issues, it is nearly 4 months and i haven't received my item, i have e mailed and left messages on the answer machine, no one has got back to me, 10 days ago i had a E mail from DHL to say the had notification of my order, still no order, so i don't if they have picked it up and lost it or my order is not ready. just to be kept up dated would be very helpful if there is a problem. it is a shame because i have ordered from them before and the service and the quality of the work is excellent

Beautiful wooden bookmarks
I ordered 4 of the wooden bookmarks. I'm so happy with them, they are absolutely beautiful. A perfect Christmas present for my mum, dad and two of my closest friends.

Out of Stock - but put right
I ordered a Doorstop as a present. Unfortunately the timber was out of stock - I didn't know this at the time of ordering and I probably wouldn't have placed the order as I wanted it quickly. However, once I chased the order it was put on high priority and arrived very quickly, so thank you. The recipient of the present was delighted. The product was good quality and the service was great once the problem had been addressed

Great product, poor service
Product is lovely and just what I wanted, but service and delivery times were awful. Was told twice the product was out for delivery and had to keep chasing. When I asked for a full refund my order was delivered the next day,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I'm delighted to hear that you were pleased with the product and that it was exactly what you were looking for.
I do, however, sincerely apologise for the delays and the poor communication you experienced. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have to keep chasing for updates, and I appreciate that the service you received fell well below the standard I expect from my business.
In the last 12 months, we went through significant staffing changes, redundancies, and had to relocate our workshop twice. This caused major disruption to the business and, unfortunately, resulted in delays and a breakdown in our customer communication. While this provides some context, I fully appreciate that it doesn't excuse the experience you had.
I'm pleased to say that our workshop has now successfully relocated to Cambridgeshire, and we are back on track. Orders are being completed and dispatched on schedule, and our communication with customers has been restored to the standard it should always have been.
Thank you again for recognising the quality of the finished product, and I apologise once again for the frustration caused.
Kind regards,
Steve

Beautiful doorstop
Beautiful doorstop, great craftsmanship. It took a lot longer to arrive than advertised. Had a quick response to both emails I sent and an honest explanation as to the delay. Extend your delivery times and that will manage expectations of arrival. It is such a great product. Well packaged as well.

Such a nice company to deal with
It was worth the wait I had a beautiful bespoke doorstop made. Steve the owner helped me measure whilst on the phone so it was just perfect.
Thankyou so much and I highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No order and no response
I placed an order for a doorstop on 9th August and have literally heard nothing since, despite several chaser emails.
I have no idea what is going on and I just want someone to respond to me.

Amazing product; exceptional customer service
I don't like being sensationalist for the sake of it: but my recent experience shopping here has been the best customer service experience I've received of any time I've shopped. I ordered an engraved bookmark, which was lovely and top quality. But I was more blown away by the level of care and service. I had to make a last minute order for a friend leaving the country. Dom was super helpful, super responsive and so flexible with everything that we needed. Still can't believe we managed to get everything sorted in a few hours for the delivery to come the next day.
Honestly can't recommend these guys enough
