UPDATE- item arrived today, very pleased with item. Shame about the delays and lack of communication but I have decided to increase stars. I ordered item in 29th April, update that order was delayed due to premises move yet now not responding to messages and still not received item.

2nd time I've purchased from here, even had a phone call to check the Item as id made a mistake, wonderful delivery. Craftsmanship is amazing, can't wait to see what I buy next...

We ordered 2 door stops on the 24 April and received them on the 20 May. The door stops are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with them but the customer service could have been better,I understand that there can be delays but I think the company needs to keep the customer more informed during the ordering and making process of this product. Having I said that I would recommend this company as the finished product was to second to none.

Lovely product that works so well. I had to chase a couple of times for a delivery update which they accepted was poor communications (apparently due to disruption from a move to new premises). However, would buy again

Placing the order was easy. It was estimated my order would be shipped in a fortnight after ordering. When four weeks had passed I sent an email just enquiring as to when I might receive my order. I received no reply. I sent another email a week later and again no reply. A few days later I then sent a direct message via Instagram but again still no response. My item finally arrived almost seven weeks after ordering. I never received any communication to say that my order was delayed for whatever reason. Really disappointed in the customer service side of things.

My order of 8 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived, despite being promised it’s shipping the next day.

I purchased two wood hearts, they are so lovely Iv purchased two more. So nice to hold in your hand very tactile. I will give them as presents at Easter.

I purchased a bird feeder and was charged on 8/19/24 and never received it and did not receive an order confirmation. Attempts to refund or ship the product have been unsuccessful with no follow up from customer service.

I have purchased two trees from this company. Both experiences were excellent. All the parts were milled correctly, and all the parts were included, along with a few extra spacers. Very quick delivery. Excellent customer service.

Speedy delivery. Fantastic product just as described, I’m so pleased with it.

Ordered before Christmas. Didn’t receive until mid Feb. Had to call multiple times to chase up. Product was beautiful but poor customer service.

Product is of great quality. Only dropping a star because I had to phone them after a few weeks to see where my order was since i hadn't received any confirmation or update. To be fair, the gentleman I spoke to was polite, explained the situation, and the product was with me promptly thereafter.
