NVN Marine Anmeldelser

Check BBB.org They have an F score!!!
On Oct 26, 2024 I have purchased two fenders and two
hydraulic table legs. The fenders were two large for my
purpose and the hydraulic legs came in damaged. The
items were returned to the seller. For about four weeks we were going back and fourth about them issuing a refund.
Even though I have written confirmation that they have
received the items. As of March 3rd 2025 they still refuse to issue a refund totaling over $1,847.97. Rude to the point of threatening customer service. All of the reviews on their website seem to be fake. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

They had great prices and the products they offer are top grade. The shipping was supper fast. Will buy from them again.

First time customer, I ordered the Onyx M/16 life belt pack. Not only was the price less than everywhere else from other Marine suppliers to Cabelas, Dicks, Academy, etc, but with shipping it was less expensive than those places! Also, I received it on the Monday after I placed my order on Friday! Wow, faster than expected! I will continue to purchase all my iSup gear form NVN Marine! Customer for life!

NVN Marine website was easy to use and the order was processed in a timely manner. They communicated throughout the delivery process which was nice as FedEx had a little hiccup during the delivery.

Had the best price of anyone and quick shipping. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Having never heard of this store, I was hesitant to make such a major purchase (a trolling motor). But I took a chance because their price was at least $100 less than anywhere else I could find it. I ended up the Minn Kota 70 lb Power Drive 60" shaft and could not be more satisfied. The product shipped and arrived in less than a week and was in perfect condition. I have since installed it, and it is functioning wonderfully. I'm one satisfied customer:)

Best customer service ever seen, shipped same day with the order, I got the package in 2 days with UPS ground service.

Amazing customer service, far superior to the competition. They understand their products and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Check these guys out you won't regret it!

I installed it on my kayak and absolutely love it! I definitely like it better with my baitcaster than with my spinner. It's extremely sturdy and well-built, and the quality is excellent for the price.

Amazing store with excellent customer service; I can't believe I haven't visited one of these before. I heartily recommend it.

Arrived swiftly. As described. Will work fine, though I found a different solution before it arrived and am keeping it as a backup.

NVN Marine, did a great job discussing the product, and shipping it out on time. Would buy again! Keep up the good work.

I purchased a set of shallow water anchor brackets that did not work for me. NVN gave me an RMA and after sending them back they credited my payment method and I then purchased a set of brackets that did work. I'm very happy with my NVN Marine experience and will continue being a loyal customer.

Great online shopping experience. They offered best price even with shipping cost. I got email notifications that kept me updates. Order at night and shipped the next morning.

I bought a jackplate for half the price the local marina was asking. I highly recommend them!

They offered excellent rates, high-quality items, and lighting-fast shipping. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Price was great and the delivery was excellent and on time. Very impressive thanks for the service.

Purchase went smooth and was shipped quickly. Items arrived when they were supposed to be delivered.

Chargers came on time as expected and were just as ordered. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I had not ordered from them before and had a few questions about the item I was interested in. They answered my question promptly and completely so I felt comfortable with this company. They provided status updates and my order arrived about a week later. No problems and the item was exactly as they described. Good transaction and I would not hesitate to do business again. Thank you NVN Marine.
