We’re sorry to read this, Atif, as it does not reflect the full or accurate picture of your experience with us.
You enrolled with us in December 2023 on a 12-month interest-free payment plan, which we have continued to support flexibly well beyond the original term to ensure you could continue progressing.
In relation to exam vouchers, we have provided official CompTIA learning and exam vouchers for A+ Core 1, A+ Core 2 and Security+. At the time this review was written, no exam vouchers had been purchased independently. Following our subsequent discussion, you then provided evidence of a Network+ voucher, which we promptly credited in full (£180) to your account.
We have consistently supported you throughout your course and made a number of accommodations to enable you to continue your studies.
We remain committed to supporting our students fairly and transparently and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns with you directly.

This is an edit to the review! As soon as this review was made, the support I received from Nuyew has become shocking!
I completed the material on Comptia as provided, requested for exam and ignored! Like not even an email to say if they have issues or delays- I’ve been ignored for weeks. Avoid at all costs!This is not a training company but a business that overcharges for access to third party materials - just go directly to comptia or whatever qualifications you’re promised as there’s no additional support provided outside of admin.
My experience with Nuyew has been excellent so far. The entire process—from the application to accessing the course materials—has been smooth and straightforward. The team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to offer support. I’ve found them to be very understanding and accommodating of my professional commitments, which will add to making the learning experience both engaging and manageable.

It was great news that you passed your CompTIA ITF+ exam on the second attempt and we were pleased to include the re-sit as part of our unlimited re-sits guarantee.
We sincerely apologise if you feel some of our responses have not been as quick as you and we would like. Whilst we always try to respond to student support requests as soon as possible, sometimes we are restricted by our external partners response times and exam policies.
All students have up to 3 years course access to ensure they have plenty of time to complete the certifications and allow for any unforeseen delays or personal life events, and we have just added an additional 3 months to your course access time to allow for the small delays we encountered when booking and completing your CompTIA ITF+ exam and re-sit.

I didn’t have the means to pursue a…
I didn’t have the means to pursue a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst programme—or any IT/Data course—until I discovered NUYEW Academy. They awarded me a generous scholarship that covered half the cost, and I was able to pay the remaining balance in affordable monthly instalments over 12 months. That flexibility made all the difference.
Since enrolling, I’ve received prompt and helpful support whenever I needed it. The fact that the course is self-paced has allowed me to balance my studies with work and other commitments.
That said, even with the self-paced structure, I believe some students (myself included) would benefit from occasional check-ins, timeline reminders, or gentle nudges to stay on track. This could make the learning journey even more effective.

I have been with NuYew Tech Academy since May 2023, and my experience so far has been positive. The support team is responsive whenever there is an issue. Scam Artists
It's actually smart how they get you to consider enrolling. they post a "trainee" position as a vacancy for recent graduates looking for entry level jobs. They get you to apply then email you that you've been accepted (as one of 10 students per month), now enroll in our courses. That's not how a traineeship works and you know it. Scammers!
