Dopo aver verificato con attenzione le informazioni a nostra disposizione, risulta che il corriere abbia effettuato più tentativi di consegna senza riuscire a trovare nessuno in casa. Successivamente, ci risulta che lei abbia richiesto di trattenere il pacco presso un deposito GLS, accordandosi direttamente con il servizio di consegna per il punto di ritiro. Tuttavia, secondo i dati ricevuti, il pacco non è stato poi ritirato dal deposito.

Comprendiamo però che quanto riportato non corrisponda alla sua esperienza diretta, e proprio per questo motivo desideriamo approfondire la situazione e aiutarla a risolvere il problema nel modo più rapido e corretto possibile.
