Our rabbit formula contains 85% high-quality rabbit meat, offal and bone, with biologically appropriate vegetables and nutritious superfoods. This contributes to the healthy function of a variety of body systems in dogs including the digestive system, the nervous system and the immune system, as well as brain, heart and coat health. Naturally low in fat, rabbit is a great protein source for dogs who are overweight or suffer from weight related conditions. Hypoallergenic Qualities Rabbit is often considered a novel protein for dog foods, meaning that is a relatively new protein source and therefore few intolerances towards rabbit have developed in canines. It is because of this that we can consider our raw rabbit-based dog foods as 'hypoallergenic'. If your dog suffers from allergies or intolerances towards traditional protein sources such as chicken and beef, or if they suffer from a sensitive stomach, we recommend trying our rabbit formula. Symptoms of allergies or intolerances can include unpleasant digestive issues, poor skin and coat health and lack of energy or vitality. As always, if you are concerned about any symptoms your dog is experiencing, consult your vet. Cooking processes and preservatives can damage the nutritional profile of dog food products. As our rabbit formula dog food is served and consumed raw, the nutrients are naturally preserved, meaning your dog can enjoy great flavour, texture and nutrition in one meal.
