We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the protein shakes you received and, more importantly, the lack of communication after initially contacting our customer support team.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you've already provided photographic evidence and spoken with Joyce regarding a resolution.
While some settling can occur in protein drinks, we certainly wouldn't expect you to consume products containing unusual hard lumps or anything you're concerned may be unsuitable.
You shouldn't have to repeatedly chase us for an update, especially after being advised that a voucher would be offered.
We'd really appreciate the opportunity to review your previous correspondence, investigate the condition of the products and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided without further unnecessary delays.

The KIND bars
The KIND bars, were fantastic. However Royal Mail delivery was terrible. I received notification on Sunday 25/10 @ 17.48 to say there had been an attempt to deliver your package without success. We were at home. I replied 17.50 to be told that delivery would be on the next day (Monday). No delivery was made or attempted to be made. On Tuesday the KIND bars arrived. I write to state the services promised by Royal Mail was for a 24 hour delivery. I’m sure We are not the first to be disappointed by the Riyal Nail deliveries.

DO NOT ORDER from this company if you want products that aren’t about to expire. I didn’t realise that the product were almost out of date there is a reason that food items have a BBE date if you could consume them 6 months out of date and it was safe the food standards agency wouldn’t require BBE dates on any consumables!
