Reliable helpful always deliver
This company really looks after their customers. If I can't find what I want they go out of their way to get it for me. Give better advice than the Vets in my opinion.I had a lovely surprise in my last order Merry Xmas

Quality, freshness, individual product packaging, delivery packaging, delivery itself and customer service are all totally spot-on!!

Appalling service or should I say lack…
Appalling service or should I say lack of. The quality of the meat was horrendous and my pet refused to eat it over the course of a few weeks ( I did give him some packet food in between, he didn’t starve ) I tried feeding it to the starving strays cats and foxes in the neighbourhood and even they turned their nose away. You can smell how rotten it is and there’s a disgusting slime all over the meat. Tried to get into contact with someone but to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs!! So disappointed

I am so happy with this
I am so happy with this. It has been great for my pets diet. They prefer it cooked but that's just cause they're not use to a raw diet but they love it nonetheless. It's been good for their fur and overall digestion.
Customer service is so friendly.

Still a loyal customer
I have used this local company since it started up all those years ago, it was local to me and I used to take a monthly trip down there. Raw feeders were rare In those days and I felt so lucky to have found Nettie who made sourcing food so much easier. Fast forward to now when no longer do people think I’m mad for feeding the way I do and I’m still a regular customer but now can have it delivered on a monthly van run. The quality I haven’t found anywhere else for the price and the range and variety and standards are second to none. I trust this company 100% and know it’s properly sourced, the team and customer service can’t be faulted. Well done team and keep up the excellent work you have a customer for life.
