My drain blocked i have septic tank so could not use drain cleaner .they cleared it in no time Left the place clean and were very helpful & nice. Would call them again

The service was efficient and all care taken. The crew kept us informed and explained the process, also happy to show us the results with camera.There were 4 relines done over 2 days.
Would recommend this as a great solution for damaged pipes.

I contacted Nuflow Yeppoon when I thought the line would have been cleared by a sizeable jet rodder. This did not eventuate and I rang Nuflow Yeppoon to cancel the appointment. The Director, Ben, said not to worry as Nuflow Yeppoon had the capacity to drill through concrete. Nuflow Yeppoon turned up at the pre-arranged time and immediately commenced a site assessment to start the process of clearing a 9 meter blockage of palm tree roots. Eventually the jet rodder became stuck and Ben immediately organised further resources to locate the issue and attend to release of the jet rodder. Holes were excavated with shovels and a jack hammer. Blockage was revealed and a 9 meter length of thick palm tree roots were extracted from the poly pipe which had collapsed from the weight of the palm trees. Nuflow Yeppoon then turned up very early the next day to commence the process of installation of the magical pipe replacement system. The replacement pipe was installed and finalised the next day when it was revealed that 18.5 meters of solid pipe had been installed without the need for concrete cutting and excavation. A simply magical system. I would also like to thank the team of staff from Nuflow Yeppoon who attended the site to assist with the entire process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nuflow Yeppoon to any customer who requires pipes which are damaged and under the ground, to be replaced. A magical system. Give it a go.

My experience with Nuflow was a positive one. From the first phone call Ben was efficient, organised, on time, and whilst on the job Ben & his off-sider were polite, courteous and the thing I appreciated the most was taking their boots off before walking inside onto carpet. Ben & his team were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. The Nuflow process was explained clearly and was the only solution to our earthenware pipes cracked by tree roots & under extensive paving.

The work carried out by Nuflow to seal a broken pvc sewage pipe below the residence concrete slab floor was a great economical solution to rectify a difficult problem.

Ben and the nuflow crew were extremely efficient, being open and honest about what was needed to be done and changes that needed to be made. They were very professional and willing to explain the process involved. We were very happy with the service provided.

Great people and outstanding professional.
They found the issue in the pipe, not happy they use the camera and discover that was on the council connection. They contact the council for me and repaired at no cost.
