Lovely products – really happy with my purchases

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times now and have been really happy with everything I’ve bought. The glasses are lovely and feel really good quality.

My most recent order was from the Tom Dixon range and, again, I was really pleased with it. Everything arrived as expected and the products are beautiful.

I’ve never needed to return anything, so I can’t comment on the returns process, but based on my experience so far I’d happily order again.

But one month later DHL send me custom duties invoice . So you need to pay custom duties if you are ordering from Norway.

Second glass ive had off them and it broke AFTER washing up, hopefully they get in touch to organise a replacement.

I ORDERED A VASE FROM THIS WEBSITE, DUE TO WAITING FOR PAPERWORK TO BE FINALISED DUE TO BREXIT AND WAITING FOR OVER 3 MONTHS I CANCELLED THE ORDER, AS OFFERED FROM THE COMPANY.
EVERY TIME I CONTACTED THEM FOR AN UPDATE THEY ASSURED ME THEY WERE NEAR TO GETTING THIS FINALISED AND THEN IT MOVED TO THE NEXT MONTH AND THEN THE NEXT MONTH !
AFTER 3 AND A HALF MONTHS I DECIDED TO TAKE THEM UP ON THEIR OFFER OF CANCELLING MY ORDER.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING CANCELLATION BUT THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME LESS THAN I PAID. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THEY REPLIED THEY CANNOT REFUND IVE PAID DUE TO THE EXCHANGE RATE OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS !!!! THEY HAVE OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT CODE FOR MY NEXT ORDER INSTEAD, AS IF IM GOING TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN !!!
I WILL NOW BE TAKING THIS UP WITH PAYPAL AS A DISPUTE.
BE WARNED IF THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
