Short Shipped.
Recently purchased a kit was was short shipped a brush. Contacted NSI within minutes of opening box and was told I had received the brush as they had video proof. Have purchased a brush elsewhere but to be short shipped and then called a liar shows the quality of service this company offers.

We have never called anyone a liar, so please refrain from incorrectly talking about NSI. Our Team and lovely Staff work hard everyday and we won't stand for Negativity against them online.
