I was really impressed with Nozloo. Easy ordering online, the sink was sent out right away and arrived in perfect condition in a few days. The quality looks to be top notch. It should look nice with our new soapstone countertops.

They got back to me right away and helped rush the shipment. It arrived really fast, and I was honestly impressed with the packaging. The sink was packed super securely and showed up in perfect condition—not a chip, crack, or scratch anywhere.

These guys stand behind their products
These guys stand behind their products. The first sink was not of their qualifications, so they waited for next batch and gave us a big discount for having to wait. We are very happy with the sink and the company.

Steve, thank you — and thank you for being patient while we sorted it out.
The way we see it, a kitchen is a twenty-year decision. When a sink fails later, nobody is just replacing a sink — it's the countertop coming up, a plumber, days without a kitchen. That bill is many times what the sink cost, and we'd rather hold an order than be the reason anyone gets it. Same reason we only make fireclay farmhouse sinks: one thing, done properly.
