CRAP!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Piece of $hit company!!!! I ordered a large solar hot air balloon and they sent me the small. After fighting w/ them over email they gave me 30.5% refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCUM COMPANY!!!

NOT what was advertised! I ordered the GLASS hummingbird feeders. What arrived a month later was some plastic painted ornament balls. They are making a zillion on this bait and switch. DO NOT USE!!!

Received an item that did not match the advertised item on their site. Different material, color and quality. False advertising. Bait and switch. I contacted the company and like others have been offered a partial % refund which is not acceptable This company is running a scam.

As with all the other reviews of which i had read before. Pure junk. Not as ad shows.

When I ordered a pair of tactical pants and the belt, I paid them in full. They sent me a nylon belt. I waited a few more weeks thinking the pants would arrive. They never did and never will. I have never worn this belt. I would happily return the belt, have them refund my money. Why would I ever do business with this company again? They have my email, contact me with how to return the belt, and give me my refund. That's the least they could do.

Absolute criminals! What I received was not what I ordered, then they tell me to keep them or “give them to a friend”? What? Then they try to give me a 40% refund since PayPal will give only 35%. Amazing. I am reporting them to PayPal and the Federal Trade Commission report fraud.ftc.gov and putting it out on social media that they are thieves.

Bought 3 wonderland like garden fairy decorations at $29.90 USA each. The video that advertised these ornaments indicated works of art with intricate wire filigree on wings hair etc. Really beautiful. While expensive for a garden ornament I thought they would be worth it because of the detailed and complicated craftsmanship. Imagine my disappointment when my parcel arrived only to unwrap laser cut ornaments that were tacky and of a far inferior quality to that advertised in the promotion video. I am of the opinion this is definitely false advertising. When I reported the matter I received “since the item is workable I could receive 50% compensation. Otherwise I would have to cover the cost of shipping product back to them but due to instability of logistics they wouldn’t recommend I return the product “ each of the 3 substandard pieces were damaged in some way but they did include a glue stick for such an eventuality. I suggest you steer clear of this company and their garden ornaments . I could have purchased just as good in my local discount store.

What they sent is nothing like what they show on their website. I have not heard back from them, but I am sure I will get the same drill as the other buyers here. Scamsters!

I finally had an email from the company asking me to send the rubbish piece of garbage back to them so they can decide whether I can have my refund!
If anyone has used this company, had tat arrive and used PayPal, contact them by phone and ask them to investigate this. Although Noxiny are now getting round paying refunds through PayPal, if PayPal know you have an issue, they may be able to stop them having an account at least. It won't stop them trading it will slow them down....DIRTY THIEVES!

As said in other posts the product I received was nothing like what was advertised, it is a cheap version that would not survive the outdoors. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the product, it deserved a negative 10 rating.

Item never received, marked as "undeliverable as addressed" even though my address was correct. Noxiny tried to get me to accept a 50% refund, then, successively, 80%, 90%, and finally 95%. They acknowledge that they refused to accept return of item, which was eventually destroyed by post office. Still want me to pay for part of it.

I gave this only one star because zero was not offered as an option! my garden fairy (sprite holding a dandelion) was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. It is a cartoonish metal printout, not wires, and does not work as advertised. If I saw it before purchase, i would not have bought it at 10% of the price. Absolute scam! Sorry I did not read these reviews before buying!!

Ok, now I’ve read the rest of the reviews for this company I can add mine and hope it helps! ALWAYS PAY VIA PAYPAL!
I ordered all 4 of these so $97 in March.
Came fairly quickly. Like the other reviews, rubbish quality & nothing like the discription. I contacted the company without unpacking them all! They insisted I photograph all of them and email. Right from the start I said I wanted a full refund. First they offered 25% refund, I refused, then 35%, still I said no. Then I went to PayPal. They stepped in. Next came an offer of $75 refund. I stuck to my guns. Nope I wanted a full refund.
It was found in my favour but email said I had to pay postage back! 🤬 Nooe not doing that. Now I have a full refund in my bank and 4 nasty fairies/elves!

I ORDERED FROM HULIONY BUT THE FAIRY ON A DANDELION WAS FROM NOXINY IT IS RUBBISH FLAT FAIRY IN A DANDELION DOES NOTHING.

My experience was exactly the same as others: the item received was not as advertised. Clumsy dandelion, pressed out fairy and no way to set them up. All in painted metal not the stainless steel wire advertised. Cost of return making it not an option. Have complained to Paypal.

I paid for an elf garden ornament consisting if a twisted wire frame elf holding a wire dandelion. It arrived damaged and was a pressed metal cutout. Nothing as advertised. After several emails they offered me 25% back as returns would cost me $20.
Totally disgusted.
Do not buy from these people.

Shoddy treatment of a genuine customer.

The picture advertising the product was totally different to what I received. False advertising. The product is badly made and I am unable to keep the pieces that slot together intact. They don’t fit. They are offering me max 35% of what I paid for it and are refusing to refund my money . Bad company to deal with. Buyer beware .
