Every year i travel with this company. The tour guides are hyper knowledgeable professional funny n kind. I remember one called peter who even played srish songs down the microphone with a mini guitar. Highly recommended

Our experienceis beyond I was expecting. Easy to book and a lot of options. Everything in your phone not needed to go through different pages. Great price great experience. Definitely I recommend and well deserved 5 stars

We booked a day tour through them. All was perfect and went well. Easy to use
Booked a few tours through them in a multi country road trip we did.
Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands.
Booking process was user friendly and efficient.
Will definitely use their services again.

Bought a hotel stay, took money and I had to renew a voucher before an end date of May.i missed email as they send so much junk. I contacted them before the hotel date in June but wouldn't help. So I booked a hotel stay, paid for it and got nothing. Save your money and book with another company

Waiting for 45min on the adres stated on the ticket then to have to run to another pickup point. Be judged like it is our fault we are late. And get stuck on an over full capacity bus. Not as described on the information. Very poor communication between the booking site and bus driver.
Rip off of tourists by local bus.
Will not book trough this website again

After checking this with the local operator, we understand that the driver did attend the scheduled pick-up and, when it became clear there was confusion regarding the meeting point, the route was adjusted so the bus could reach your location and allow you to board. The operator has also confirmed that other passengers using the same meeting instructions were able to board without issue.
We are sorry for any stress caused while waiting, as we understand this can be frustrating when travelling. However, based on the information provided by the local team, the driver did make an effort to assist and ensure you were able to join the transfer.
We also take comments regarding communication, vehicle capacity, and service quality seriously, and we will continue reviewing this with the supplier to ensure the information and customer experience remain clear and reliable.

I was redirected to Nowthingstodo while booking a tour and was pleasantly surprised to find discounted ticket options available. I also booked the London Eye through the platform. All my tickets were easily accessible in one place, which made everything very convenient. If I had been staying longer, I would definitely have explored and booked more experiences through Nowthingstodo
